I don't like the idea of "making it" relative to others. It's helpful because you have a standard by which you can judge yourself. But it's ultimately very limiting. We ain't making to the stars with that mindset. Particularly now that the Soviet union is gone.

Definitely add rows if you're not comfortable with deadlifts. Swap them with curls if the workout is becoming too long, curls are mostly a meme exercise (at the very least not for beginners).
