I'm trans by the way

go away tr*nny

Peanuts and sunflower seeds are cheap

...and absolutely horrid for human consumption.

Ground beef is a good place to start.

Green peas of course

Cured meat like salami is good. Very versatile you can make lots of different dishes.

Start looking for meat cuts that are discounted, they're labeled "Manager's Special" in the US. You save a ton of money this way. You can also look at buying animals slaughtered from the farmers directly, which will also save a ton of money.

Absolutely disgusting

how do you figure that einstein

Canned salmon is good as well. Usually has few bones in it so mash them up into it for the extra goodness

I second this, sunflower seeds are a good source of zinc among other things iirc

Lentils and beans. Buy dry weight and prepare yourself.

Post body, I want to see what someone who's afraid of seeds and peanuts looks like

Peanuts and sunflower seeds are loaded with omega 6. You might as well drink vegetable oil

If I had to only have six foods for the rest of my life, sunflower seeds would be one of them. They are one of the healthiest and most nutrient dense foods on the planet. Tons of vitamin E and magnesium. My other five would be: eggs, milk, oats, kale, and beef.

Isn't beef fat also relatively rich in omega 6?

Chickpeas all day erry day, can get tins for around 20p which make the base for amazing curries

make variants of pasta salads. pasta has pretty good carbs/protein. I usually make

rotini
can of tuna
red onions
mayo+mustard +spices

rotini
feta cheese
red onions
cucumbers
tomatoes
Greek salad dressing

can of mixed beans
red onions
cucumber
feta cheese
lemon garlic dressing

you can make endless variations with beans, tuna and pasta

Nowhere near as much as peanuts and sunflower seeds (16g per 100g and 23g per 100g respectively). When it comes to beef, you should get meat from grass-fed cattle if possible. Lower in omega 6 and higher in omega 3.

Whey is the cheapest protein per currency. At least in Europe.

Why don't you try catching your own fish? In the end free is the cheapest.
If you are in Europe it is a bit harder (unless scandinavia or scotland), but if you are in america finding a clean water source is easy. Then keep a bunch and freeze them.
In America the best eating fish that are easy to access are catfish (but smallmouth bass are good as well).
In Europe zander and trout are probably your best bet.

whey protein is literally the cheapest protein source
80g protons per 100g whey protein, $30 per kilogram on average
thats 27 grams of protons per dollar

just buy whey protein instead of being a raw foods organic vitamin omega extra plus essential oils retard
eggs, chicken and whey have been standard for decades, stop trying to reinvent the wheel.
outside of that, eat whatever you think tastes good and has protein in it. it really doesnt fucking matter.

>catfish
Literally nigger-tier. On par with fucking tilapia

I braved Costco this past week and they had 2 x 20oz (2.5lb) packs of Bison (buffalo) for $9.99 each. That's $4 per lb which is:
$3 per lb cheaper than ground sirloin
$2 per lb cheaper than 90/10 (lean beef)
$1 per lb cheaper than 85/15 ground meat
(prices from my local grocer).
I don't eat wal-mart meat and I don't have a kroger or shit like that.

Wafer thin ham

Yoire daughters wett pussy.
I sold her five, she took six. Fucking theotire bitch eight. I saw her.
Coffee six time and I told her WAOT
and then he come round with his face tight. And he all around
WHAT she shouts
And that's. Fucking cunt

Not him but any fish that is fresh caught is better than finding a fish in the store.

Why not just drink flax oil? (Protip I tried that and it made me sick as shit)

Edo fan?

Chicken breast is like 3x the protein of tuna for the same price. One chicken breast, depending on the size, will have 70-100g of protein and costs only slightly more than a can of tuna with 30g.

I usually mix some oil, paprika, salt, pepper, brown sugar into a paste and rub it over the chicken then throw it in the oven on 220C for 25 minutes. Slice it up and throw it in a couple wraps with some hot sauce or aioli. End up with a ~90+g protein meal for like $3 with 5-10 minutes of actual prep time.

Tuna works well as a high protein snack but it doesn't compare to chicken breast for a full meal.

Not to mention no mercury.

God, our planet is getting fucked. Can't wait for the jewluminati to dial back the meat industry desu
