As for his routine, you would get a body like that with strength training, just do bench, ohp, squat and deadlift. Go heavy as fuck on all of those lifts and eat tons of food. Throw in a lot of push ups and pull ups too. Big boss is builtfat, so aim for 20% bf while having a ton of muscle. But be aware that it takes a long time to get that big
