After you do all of these you'll feel considerably better, though probably not 100% depending on how old you are and how much you've fucked your liver. Your best bet is to drink a bunch of water (preferably with electrolytes) before bed, probably won't have much of a hangover at all and will just be tired from shitty drunk sleep.

Don't listen to this advice OP, smoking weed would make you lazy as fuck and it would amplify your hangover (psychologically and physically)

Maybe for y'all, helps me. Probably not good if OP plans on lifting though. I don't lift high, and wouldn't really recommend it. I also wouldn't recommend working out hungover. Just was letting OP know my own method of relatively quickly getting over a hangover.

Prevention is the best cure. Take it from a coin-collecting alcoholic, two aspirin, a full pint of water, and most important, a good B-complex vitamin will almost completely prevent a hangover the next morning. Also, avoid sugary booze. No kaluha, no bailey's, no 17 rum and cokes. Sugar fucks your insulin hard, and that makes the hangover a good ten times worse.
B vitamins are very important when hungover

Fresh air and a 15 minue walk. Get that blood pumping a bit so your brain can get some fresh blood and not that sludge you have in your body from the night before.
