About 10 years ago I started keto, and then about 3 years ago I cut out the vegetables so 90% carnivore, felt a lot better. It kinda seems weird to me how average people are so obsessed with cakes, bread, pasta and shit like that, it just doesn't seem appetising to me at all, and they don't seem to draw the connection between all their health problems and mental illnesses, and the carbs they think are normal.

I personally only eat oats, pasta and fruits, no other carb sources and I'm doing ok.

I haven't. My diet for the last 2 months straight has been chicken, rice, and coffee. The only carb I consume regularly is the rice. I've tried keto but even after 6 weeks I still felt pretty shitty. It works for others but not for me.
