I've been mewing for 2 years and I've definitely seen results, but I'm not entirely convinced the results came from the mewing. My face has gotten significantly leaner, my cheeks are slimmer and my turkey neck has gone entirely. Looking at my face I literally look 50lbs lighter.
And that's not just because of weight loss, I've actually gained fat in that time. 2 years ago I was 130lbs at 15% bf and now I'm 160lbs at 20% bf, so I'm objectively fatter now than I was back then but have a much leaner face anyway. The reason I say I'm not entirely convinced this was the mewing is that I was 18 then and now I'm 20, so maybe my face just got leaner because I'm older and lost baby fat. It cant hurt to try mewing anyway, so if you think you need it just give it a try and see what results you get

To add to this, I've been lifting for those 2 years and have gained significant muscle mass. Undoubtedly this would've lead to increased testosterone, which might also explain why my face changed. In those 2 years my jaw got much stronger, I had no jawline at first and now I have a chad jaw that looks great clean shaven
