They dont exist
Based

memes aside, idk. Lots of tempeh and natto, sprouted nuts/legumes, cruciferous vegetables, fermented quinoa and other pseudocereals.
Then comes the issue of vitamin b12. There, you are fucked. Don't follow a vegan diet. you can get close though, so if you really wanted to, just eat dairy for b12

It looks like a vegetarian or pescatarian diet.

Literally just take a b12 supplement you dipshit. Fucking carnies always making an excuse to stick to their guns in the face of a lifestyle change

>Needing a supplement for your diet
>Other people need a lifestyle change!
Yeah I don't think non-vegans are the problem buddy

The dairy cows you breastfeed from are given B12 supplements dipshit. If humans can’t synthesize a nutrient no other mammal can.

yes the vitamin and supplement industry solely exists because of vegans who make up less than 2% of the population. Excellent analysis.

Also taking a b12 supplement is recommended but if you eat enough fortified foods like cereal and nutritional yeast you can probably get away with not taking a supplement, so if you really wanted to you can go the 'natural' route and not take it if you change your diet.

Most mammals can synthesize vitamin C and yet humans can so I know you're talking out of your ass, also google your B12 claim, I promise that just because you saw it on a vegan propaganda post doesn't mean it's true.

*Humans can't synthesize vitamin C

Literally everything in this post is wrong

They take ZNA, pres, caffeine, creatine, whey, D3

hurr durr my diet is complete, not like the vegans that eat 1 pill per week, it's pure bias

Lay off the meat a lil

It can be done but you have to be hyper vigilant.

looks better than 99% of Yas Forums

i would never consider going vegan but holy shit if this is your best argument against veganism it's just sad
all links are either completely unsubstantiated claims or retarded mom science

nice to see all those links didn't go to waste
vegans are all braindead faggots who will get coronavirus and die because they're weak

post a recent pic, i'm actually curious. Every time I've seen this dude with his shirt off it's been atrocious looking
do you have some kind of proof that you were vegan for 15 years? Do you take b12? genuinely curious.
>t. someone that subsists off steak, butter and eggs

Yes, yes I do.
