I have been trying to develop good habits one at a time. My first was to cut out fast food and sugary drinks and was successful. Second is nofap for at least 15 days, currently ongoing.
keep going. one step at a time, friend
dubs and i get a gf this year
This. Consistency is key and the quicker you start the quicker it becomes habit. I feel like many people, myself included, always go "oh I'll start on Monday" or "Well I'll do [insert bad habit] one more time as a treat" but every time you do that you're delaying progress

Give me a good thing to start, i never have problems starting them i have problems keeping them
Rolling for you bro CMON
god doesn't want me to have a gf
Dubs then I force myself to have female social interaction
This is very true. If we were immortal nothing would have meaning. The very fact that our time here is finite helps give meaning to the things we do and actions we take.
You will be better
Thanks OP
I just hate body weight exercises and my dumbbells only go up to 20 lbs.
I realized my stamina is garbage trying to do Jeff's "perfect home workout". I was finally getting swole and had my diet in check before this happened and I got laid off. I'm back to looking like DYEL imo but I had really bad body image issues.
Like where the fuck do you start with this shit? I poured over a year into lifting and now I have to try and relearn everything.
Should you even take pre-workout for body weight stuff? It almost seems like a waste but I'd always use my pre-workout. I also haven't used my protein shakes for body weight because it also feels like a waste so I'll just cook some rice/eggs.
I got you bro
It's all a big cope. There's no hope for the likes of me. I've never had a good year after 5th grade, and that wasn't even my best either. Can you imagine being so fucking pathetic you hit your peak in 3rd fucking grade? I'm 22 and all the years after those have been a slow burn into hell. I never had any interactions with women, never got to go online and play games with friends cause parents were too strict, always failed at everything I tried, college was a big fucking blur and I'm not even good at the STEM major I enrolled in.My younger brother, by 9 years, has already had more of a social life, girls and friends wise, than I ever will. He's even got thick wavy luscious hair too, and here I am slowly going bald. I've started thinking of killing myself, but I'm too much of a coward to do that either. Imagine being so fucking pathetic that you don't even have the balls to end your own suffering. I'm no man at all.
I'm on cheat day
:)
Best day of the year
...
ERROR: Not socially distancing.
Trip dubs for extra power! Nice combo bro
Started yesterday, today is legs day. YOU HAVE TO LIVE IT!
How does one cope with being conventionally unattractive and having shit tier facial structure?
eat more food or do GOMAD but watch out for kidney stones from excessive milk
>I just hate body weight exercises
Why? Is it because maybe you are bad at them? Is that maybe you can't do them very well because you are weaker then you think you are? I didn't like bodyweight exercises either when i first started because i thought that they where less effective then lifting weights. I now realize that i didn't like them because i could barely do them. After lifting at the gym for 2 years and now being back to bodyweight exercises i can actually do them properly and i see now that i was just so damn weak when i first started and that is why they felt like shit.
>Should you even take pre-workout for body weight stuff?
Pre-workout supplements are just caffeine and some sugar. They don't really do anything. "should you take them or not" is even over thinking it. If you want to then do it, if you don't want to then dont.
It seems like you are asking if there is any point in eating enough protein and taking pre-workout because you think that bodyweight training routines will not do anything. Is that correct? Why is it that you think that? How is your current training routine?
This happens to most people as you age.
Thanks buddy. I've been slowly getting there :)
thanks breh
