Play around with your angles, you can adjust dips endlessly to hit different parts of your chest back and triceps

While I think dips and pull ups are great exercises, I also mix in curls and benching with dumbbells because I can twist my arms to do multiple grips. When I do dumbbell curls sometimes I'll start with the dumbbells to my side in a neutral grip and as I lift I twist my palms upwards. I'll also do sets where I only do palms up or only hammer curls, but doing this works the muscles differently and helps me use my strength to do things in life outside of lifting. If you're only going for aesthetics then doing only dips, pull ups, and jogging is fine, but it looks like you're actually kind of lacking in a few areas. What sticks out to me if your delts and forearms, and also abs but it doesn't seem like you value those. I think if you added some other chest exercises your chest would be a bit more defined but you could also attribute that to your bf%.

There isn't an inner chest, there are upper, middle, and lower chest muscles which run horizontally.

I was always into sports, in my teens (boxing), in the military (former para here) and later on too. but what I clearly understood after hitting 30 yo your own body takes you off the warranty, stop training and you're done. so I need no six pack or thinking too much about my body fat %, I want just remain highly functional and stay fit.
