About a year, give or take.
As long as you can, then eat for a few days and then fast again as long as you can. Count calories on the days you eat and keep them in a deficit. Fasting can make your stomach sensitive so avoid super heavy and processed foods when you do eat

You want to do a Protein Sparing Modified Fast. It's extreme low calories with good protein intake.
Alternately, medically supervised total food fast. Drink only water with electrolytes (look up snake juice), take necessary vitamins and get your bloods taken weekly.
