Thoughts on veganism?

I think it’s kind of fucked up to slaughter and eat animals and am considering the vegan diet.

Never post their bodies

Am I gonna go B12 deficient if I only go vegetarian?

40% of the population are B12 deficient.

Modern agricultural techniques (mainly antibiotics) have severely disrupted the abundance of the bacteria that produce B12.

It’s why most cattle are given B12 supplements

> supposedly a god-tier diet

> 85% of vegans stop it forever after less than a single year (most of the rest likely quit in under 3-4 years)

> overwhelming majority of vegans are females in their early twenties, the rest are pathetic onions boys and 1-2 athletes who've fallen for the vegan bait, for a little while, and less than one in a hundred actually strong vegan (who is eating an incredibly expensive and unsustainable diet while roiding like an absolute animal)

keep pushing veganism, onions fags. anti-vegans don't need to even do anything to stop you, if nine out of ten vegans quit this shit forever in little over a year on their own

I think it's fucked up that we don't kill invasive human species the way we do hogs in Texas.

I hate eating meat when there is another animal in the room even if the person whose house I'm eating at has a pet fish. It turns my stomach. I'll never go vegan though. I'll just not get a pet

and yet you're cool with your gf not being a virgin when you met her

Why would I want somebody who didn't know how to fuck right

Tried it for five months, ended up getting weirdly depressed, cold hands/poor erections and dyscalcula, I'd read something as say 549, but say 945, or whatever jumbo. Out of nowhere it started happening two dozen times a day.

I was tracking everything well with chronometer, well surpassing my RDAs, and consuming flax/chia and or hemp seeds daily, and taking algal oil.
Tried adding more coconut oil for saturated fat, cut out onions, changed up my staple grains but fuck me if I couldn't read back a number without my brain scrambling it in-between thought and speech.

It really sucks but as soon as I started to consume meat again, the blood flow issues went away, I felt better and more energetic, and the dyscalcula was no longer an issue. It's a great idea ethically, and I was really bummed.

it sucks going full vegan. Go vegetarian or cut meat intake down to two-three times a week. That’s what I did and haven’t lost any strength or muscle. I eat a lot of beans/seeds/nuts/cheese/milk/eggs some wheat and lots of veggies.

Humans are omnivores despite what anyone says. Meat does have good nutrients and you can cut down on a lot of the suffering that is caused by supporting the fucked up factory farming system by just eating meat responsibly or hunting your own.

I can say that having just come out of 7 weeks plant based, it's just made me soft and it's fucked my appetite so that I'm craving more chickpeas and wheat while meat disgusts me. My recovery suffered and I was taking longer in the gym. Wouldn't recommend it.

Your vegan crops will have been grown on land that required the millions of habitats there to be removed permanently. Animals trying to eat those crops will be killed mercilessly. You want to stop the killing? Go out and kill a big elk by yourself like a grown up. A lot less killing

There are literally no benefits to a vegan diet, unless you're one of the small few percent who can't stand/process meat.

Humans are omnivorous by design, we are built to slot in nicely to the workings of the world to harvest & hunt.
Manufacturing mass meat has caused a decline in quality and lifestyle for the livestock.
That's the only real issue here, I guarantee you that if the population of humans were to finally be reduced down to a sensible number we'd see this bizarre trend (which consists solely of militant, malnourished, psychologically damaged people) almost disappear over night.
For the life of me, cannot figure out why people in the modern day are so hell bent on portraying everything they do & forcing their ideas on others whilst pretending it's for some cause. It's not at all, it's about ego & control.
Humans live as omnivores, if you're going to be healthy then why not source your meat from a responsible butcher? Your eggs and milk too? Go direct to the farm if you can. It boils down to laziness as it seems its easier (and more beneficial to the ego) to simply see yourself as some kind of martyr to a self created cause & try to draw attention to yourself.

All of your links have different titles when you click on them, or read completely differently than the title. Most are just studies that tell the effects of being deficient, nothing at all about veganism. Are you retarded or just lazy?

Citation needed

Fake news. Vegan erections are out of this world. You were probably eating cardboard and oreos. Retard.

>omnivores by design
Stopped reading right there.

>literally 99.9% of human beings on the face of planet Earth, throughout history are omnivores

are your parents blood relatives?

what are the best vegan high protein foods/meals

Been vegan for 9 months now because of watching the game changer (I know its mostly bullshit) but its not hard. I don't feel different physically but mentally my mind is clearer.

Love me some vegan burgers and vegetarian pizza desu
i'm not vegan but I love vegan food

this, noone cares. Eat what ever the fuck you want and leave the rest of us alone.

I can sympathize with vegetarianism, but veganism just seems crazy, and unhealthy most of the time bc most people are going to go hard on breads and fruits and fuck with their insulin.

I'm interested in the subject. How about you follow your own advice and fuck off out of the thread nigger

Try just vegetarianism, or reducing the amount of animal products. Maybe only having one or two special meals a week with meat, or when you dine out you eat meat
