How can I build sick shoulders/deltoids?
My current program is Mon-Wed-Fri with alternating OHP and Bench Press. I only deadlift on Friday for 1x5 (with warmup sets).
Squat - 3x5
Bench - 3x5
Incline Bench - 4x12
Dumbell rows (one arm) - 4x12
Curls (EZ curl bar) - 4x12
Lateral raises - 4x12
My lifts are pretty trash but are slowly improving.
Bench - 60kg
Incline bench - 35kg
OHP - 35kg
Squat - 70kg
Deadlift - 100kg
Dumbell rows - 20kg
Curls - 15kg
