How to max my sons height gains?

My son is 9 months old and totally breast fed, but he might have more of my wife in him than me, but idk yet. I'm 6ft, my dad and sister are 6'1", but my wife is less than 6ft. My 5 year old daughter is huge and is a lot like my sister, how can I make sure to give my son a leg up (no pun intended) because I want my kids to be pro athletes when they are older.

You’re a terrible parent

are you an athlete?

thanks bud back at ya one love

Let them have plenty of sleep and don't let them go into a nutrient deficiency. There's a scale you can find that tells you what their height should equal when they're older based on how much he weighs or how tall he is now.

Cringe

I was a college athlete

thanks bud back at ya wurl piece

his last check up his growth is just above average atm

sport? division?

why worry about height for a baby when you can't do dick about it?
train them for just general athleticism and let them figure out what movements/skillsets work best for their body and hone it that way. just ensure you don't burn them out by high school and they resent sports forever

Yikes

Give your kid steak, milk, liver, heart and tell him to play basketball. Doing lots of jumps when they're growing is enough to cause growth in height

Have your wife get bred by a big black bvll

Just feed him well and make him play some social sport, try to keep him at 24 BMI, and let genes do their thing.
But PLEASE teach him how to read and do math ASAP, IRL that is WAY more important
Cringe
Also, don't be the type of guy that forces his kid to be a pro athlete, that life isn't worth it unless he truly loves the game.
> ex-pro soccer player.

>his last check up his growth is just above average atm
Well DUH nigga, his real growth will come with puberty he's just nine months brah don't expect him to have roided levels of hgh.

Track, 400m hurdles, NAIA. the team won a couple national titles.

just wanting to make sure i dont hinder his growth in any way i guess is a better way to put it. im not gonna push a sport on them since I know what its like and found my sport when i stopped following my wishes for athletics. i just want them to have all the opportunities they can get, i love them but its my jobs to prepare them for life and what better way to set them up

alright its been fun G, we've had a lot of laughs and dubs but ill catch you later brotha, respek

cool didnt know jumps increase height

Despite populat opinion, height is not entirely genetic; it's a combination of nature and nurture. Your son already has a predetermined genetic height limit, whether or not he reaches that limit is up to you mostly. Proper sleep, a nutritious diet, large calorie surplus, a exercise, ample protein, and adequate sunlight are contributing factors. Don't let your son stay inside, play video games, and eat junk food. Force him to play sports and eat good food. Even if he hates you for it, he'll be better off in the long run, even though he might never admit it.

Make him grow in the same way you grew up.

thanks and also reference my post here for my mindset, i dont want to force them but im just tryin to be Dad with the uppercase. and im not a fuckin dr lol idk anything about growth but thanks for easin my mind a bit

Stop exclusively breastfeeding you dumbass.

I meant my dads* wishes here

excessive? hes eating real foood but the drs told us to breast feed as long as possible to max brain developement and all that good stuff. wtf are you talking about?

I don't think I'll buy him video games, and if I do it'll be the only strict schedule i'll implement. I was big into sports but also video games and I could have been better middle school and in highschool if it werent for all the wasted hours playing video games

You clown said hes exclusively breastfed.
DON'T DO THAT, you have to breastfeed him till he starts to digest solid food better (2years or so).

>con't
The best way to promote better brain development is by training it, how? MAKE HIM learn math ASAP, of at this moment he won't get numbers but try to make him understand concepts such as adding and subtracting with other things, Lil homies get confused by that when they first learn it at school and that makes them hate it, plus, don't buy him phones nor let him use yours for entertainment till' age 12, they get zombified by those shits.

Unironically dont worry about overfeeding him a bit once hes onto proper food, just make sure it's all good shit. Too much wholesome, nutrient rich food can only be a good thing during development. Obviously he shouldn't be obese, but being a bit chubby isn't bad during growth. Also make sure he spends a lot of time outdoors and dont be too autistic about hygiene, bad hygiene during development is good for immune system gains. I'm not advocating for skipping baths or anything like that, I mean just dont be one of those retarded parents who makes their kids wash their hands every few hours - it's always those kids who are constantly sick

Make sure hes physically active too, and hes swimming as soon as possible. Not only is swimming a useful life skill to have but it's also a great exercise, and doing a lot of it during growth leads to the development of wider, broader clavicles aka chad shoulders. Beyond that sports are good for social gains and confidence
>t. proud father of 2 chads who both mog me

well i said totally not exclusively, but i meant totally as in like we didnt do partial breast feeding and partial formula so my bad i guess. but hes still breast feeding but also being introduced to food so hes doing both. im not too worried about the teaching them stuff part cause i think i got that part covered, i taught my daughter when she was growing and shes like the smartest kid in her preschool class just from knowing basic numbers and english, she talks like an adult

awesome, my parents have a pool and my daughter is a swim fanatic so im sure my son will be too since we like to gi over there and take advantage of the free pool.

Yea the stress /shock absorption on the spine is great, combine that with quality milk /calcium daily he should be alright if you had some tall ones in your family

you can maximize their genetic potential while also engaging in deliberate practice

>want my kids to be pro athletes when they are older
Cringe. Why don't you want your kids to be astronauts when they're older? Entrepreneurs? Engineers? Doctors?
