Seeing how most of us are cooped up and had to change routines, have you guys falling in love with a new particular exercise or routine? Conversely, have you tried new something new and absolutely hated it?

i was doing some overly convoluted shit based on what was available at the gym with dropsets and shit, now i'm just doing the 5 basic lifts with a barbell and getting better results lol
Moved all lifts to dumbbells and was surprised how much harder it was... really had to drop weights to keep under control. Like it, probably won't go back to commercial gym.
Do full zercher squats
>won't go back to commercial gym.
Most of fit that isn't a women in social matters won't return after enjoying the home gym
gonna need to at least go back long enough for the gym supply chain to get replenished
As both were "support" excercice, decided to use weighted pushups and lunges as main exercises in my full body for chest & legs. And well, its hard to get the same intensity than I got in squat and bench.
Cant wait for my gym to reopen, but given it will do with some retards rules, I guess Ill stay a bit more in homegym.
Idk man. I was working out at home with just some basic stuff for a the last 6 months and just started at a gym doing compound barbell exercises. I really liked it but it only lasted 3 weeks before the gyms closed. I feel like I get less distracted when I was going to a gym and more committed to my time working out.
I have access to a rower. Doing a nice of HITT and steady state. I did 4x500 at a 1:45 split and it was fucking brutal. couldn't even keep up the 3rd and 4th sprints.
Nothing has changed for me, but I finally got my mats. I can start moving my equipment into the garage. Currently using guestroom.
Tried skipping for the first time in forever and gave myself mild shin splints.
This will save me in quarantine. Thank you user
When the gym closed down and I got laid off I started lifting every day in my home gym. I like it and surprisingly, I'm making gains.
i have a basic homegym but no cable machine. so I've been doing a lot of weighted chinups instead of lat pulldown, and close grip bench press instead of tricep pushdowns
Nice! Keep up the good work.
Skinny fat. Kek
I decided to try a homegym calisthenics routine because going to the gym is a pain where I live. I've been going to the gym for years, so I thought I'd try something different, eventually build my own full homegym with a squat rack and stuff, y'know? Got a pullup bar, some rings, straps... And then the Xi Jinping Sniffles came along, and suddenly my decision was vindicated.
One thing I enjoy is that because you can only load weight so much in certain areas you're forced to try different exercises as progression. It's fun doing different movements and seeing yourself able to do something better. I like lifting, but progression only being an arbitrary number going up is a bit... boring. Watching myself, feeling myself, getting better at doing wrist-grab chinups, or ring dips, or whatever is fun.
Low incline bb bench
Floor press
High incline bench
Banded BB curls
Banded SLDL
DB hamstring curls
Are all really good
I hate this about the Japanese. How am I supposed to support a dyel fucking these beautiful women?
Looks like you've got something in common.
this is why you enable the netorare tag and self-insert as the chad / ugly bastard
Some Korren webcomics have buff dudes. This one's about a guy who's a personal trainer banging a ghost...
Sounds like cuck cope to me.
Not that guy but I don't mind some NTR as long as it's from the chad's perspective. Or, if its cuck queen. That's like maybe 5% if that though, most stories are garbage uber cuck shit.
