I started taking it 1 year ago after listening to some malinformed poster here saying it would help with my hairloss and now I have (allegedly) permanent erectile dysnfunction
the side effects of fin are known, you simply rolled the dice. I believe the ED is reversable though.

Get off the drug. Start running. Start doing long, fasting cycles. Look up Snake Diet on Youtube. Start taking natural aphrodisiacs as supplementation, like longjack and mucuna prurien. It should go away.
Fin only works if you start taking it as soon as you notice your hair loss.
If you start taking it after you already have a receded hairline, it won't change anything, it will just prevent further hair loss.

I've taken Fin now for 2+ years. I wasn't going to go full bald but my hairline was slowly receding since I was about 20 to the point where I had dudes chirping me about it at 25. Anyways, it's worked for me. My hairline has maintained and I would argue it's restored it quite a bit.
There are side-effects though. Short-term include: Brain-Fog, Depression, Gyno. As well, my libido has definitely been progressively going down over time - balls feel like they've shrunk. I used to want to have sex 3 times a night with my girlfriend. Now I will want it about 1 time every couple days.
There is a potential that these side effects are just me becoming more sedentary (definitely happened), shittier diet (definitely happened), and me just being with my girlfriend for so long. I have started trying to watch less porn, eat better, and work out more - these help a ton and I really should be doing it anyways.
Would I recommend the drug? If you love your hair - yes. Are there no side effects? Naw.

Same boat here. I had hair thin enough it matched a 50 year old. Took fin and some has thankfully come back. No side effects
I was legit impotent for six months after getting off the drug. I'm able to achieve erections today but require constant stimuli in order to maintain them. Other than that my libido is sketchy and orgasms mostly feel like a yawn.
