Where you boys at? I'm at 72 now, but was around 80 prior to the quarantine. Been running nearly every day.
Heart Rate
53
When resting I'm usualy in my low 50s, however record low was 36.
Hey runnerfags. Im 202 lb at 5'10 most of it is muscle, i get shin splints while running outside but treadmill is fine. How should i build up cardio i have terrible endurance.

VO2max is a far better measure of fitness than resting heart rate but is harder to measure.
IMAGINE not having bradycardia
Lose weight. At your weight anything over 180ish you’re probably costing yourself in terms of mobility and strength to weight ratio. Great for lifting, less-than-ideal for sports, athletics, and general fitness.
Yea, that as well.
Sometims like 90/53 and 40-50 bpm.
Got 53 RHR now, record was 34bpm resting when I was doing lots of martial arts (muay thai)
I've gotten mine down quite a bit from weekly hikes and calisthenics. Was up around 75 - 80 6 months ago but now it's around mid 50's to 62. I don't run, just go on long weekend hikes do a lot of endurance training
Just use an exercise bike, elliptical, power walk, swim, whatever, just something low impact that gets your heart rate up.
(Not the one you replied to)
Biking will do fine. If you want to start from the very beginning, choose something that you like and gradually increase intensity/length. Swimming is also nice for that.
I usually powerwalk and that doesnt hurt my shins too badly, thanks bros.
You're very welcome. Whatever floats your boat mate, there's more than one way to get there.
>202 lb at 5'10 most of it is muscle
No it's not.
Last time I tested it it was 70 but right now it’s up to 90. Why is it so high? Is it because I have a cough?
I meant by comparison by being fat
I'm ok. Keep having to stop running due to blisters.
Have sudafed in me right now, at 83.
24 yo, average is 50
>pic related is proofs
Distance? What socks/shoes do you wear?
Bros how bad is 78-64 blood pressure after some intense but short static biking (2km)? My normal bp is around 115-70 with 58bpm. The device i have sometimes warns me of arrhythmia, so am i kill?
About 55. I'm a doughy 28 yr old, but I've been doing cardio pretty consistently for like 10 years.
How high do you guys get it during workouts? I think 168 is my record during muay thai
no one cares enough so that you need to prove it, low-T soifaggot
>no one cares
>cares enough to give me a (you)
pick one and post RHR, heartlet
The bad one came from a 4mi last Saturday. The issue is I just started wearing inserts to fix my shin splints, they work great but they destroy my arch skin. I wear regular Hanes socks and Brooks Glycerin shoes.
76. I've been doing solid cardio for like two months. Wasn't expecting to be elite, but god dammit, how long is this going to take to change?
Was at 46 last time I measured. I was working out every day for 1 to 3 hours including running 10k three times a week for little more than a month.
Felt pretty awesome. Like my heart got transplanted for a stronger one. I'm probably not doing as well now.
Yes and stress.
About 67 normally, but been stressed lately so could sometimes about 85.
