4th day on OMAD but i'm still learning. I loaded up on carbs like an last night like an idoit. Tonight will be more protein/fat heavy.

then you're probably looking at several months of fasting. Do whatever fasting protocol is more sustainable for the duration of your weightloss. Longer fasts = greater suffering for less time, shorter fasts = less suffering for more time.

Been trying 2 24 hour fasts Tueday and Thursday past 3-4 weeks, been steadily losing 2-3 lbs a week. Would it be better to shift to one 48 hr fast a week? Was trying to avoid sleeping fasted because it was so much more difficult to go to sleep, was like I was wired all night.

from everything i have heard black coffee and green tea is fine and doesn't break your fast. If anything the caffeine would help burn a little extra fat
