Lifting kegs.
Very grateful
Can't wait when I buy a house two years from now. That garage is gonna be a dedicated home gym.
going home to my parents house and can't wait to swim in a pool again
Before coomers and braap sniffers start begging for a name again

A backpack full of books and water jugs for weighted push ups, lunges and squats
Go to the park at midnight for weighted pull ups and chin ups
A cement block I found lying around for single hand pressing
And my bicycle for one handed farmer's walks
Am I missing something?

Bench and dumbbells my uncle had which clearly hadn't been used in decades.

Pull-up bar from a friends family who had an extra laying around. Dip bars and weight belt from the internet

Barbell and weights I got for an excellent deal (By corona standards) off of craigslist. Later today I'm going to the hardware store for materials to construct a squat rack and once I do I will have pretty much every thing I need for my workouts.
very nice user
I have ~500 lbs of weight
nice
shitty resistance bands from amazon.
turning this closed gym bs into cardio and cut season
Posting again to keep thread active.
I got scammed from Facebook ads trying to buy these.
I have found a good amount of stuff around the house to use to be honest. I went strongman as i don't have regular equipment but a pair of 30lb dumbbells.
I started lifting a full cement horse head to farmer walk (barely do 3 steps at a 4 plate dead) . Been bentrowing a heavy metal bathtub. I got gifted a Bowflexpr1000 like years ago that I finally started using and it's pretty good. I am using my moms bicycle to do some cardio.
The best thing lately though is I made a sled. I'm able to do some chest pressing, bent rowing, tricep, bicep and leg work with it and the best part is I can add weight to it to make it harder. Such a game changer. Through Gods grace he provides for me till I go back in June/July to the gym. I'm having fun.
does anyone have the instructions for making diy concrete weights? i wanted to buy some dumbbells but they're sold out everywhere
Pretty much everything I need, might get a Roman chair to do back extensions
pour concrete into bucket, place bar into concrete bucket, let sit. rinse/repeat another bucket on the other side of the bar.
Home gym!
Damn, i'm waiting on these to show up to my door any day now. Are they really that bad?
legitimately terrifying
they do the trick, honestly. except squats and DLs. theyre garbage for legs outside of F/R lunges. i just do all my sets to failure and because its right next to me all day, i disperse 10 to failure of difference moves throughout the day. just did a bunch of decline flys. at the most they might make you sore the next day. which right now is all i can ask for. Plus i travel a lot for work and these are better than marriot gyms
LOL I'm waiting too. Been almost 2 weeks nowadays.

Casting concrete plates atm seem to be about 40lbs each.
>Buying Chinese plates
>Being so lazy you can't make your own rack
>Being so dumb you think wood can't hold 300+lbs when constructed properly
Who here is /fitdiy/?
