Being shut up in home 24/7 doesn't help

if I was working I'd be losing this weight a lot faster as I work a physical job, I was just eating way too much during work previously which is why I havent lost this weight yet
I've lost 15 lbs since february, this confinement is helping me stick to my diet.
I've had an easier time doing fasts. I don't have any food in my fridge and refeed on fast food. Just have a shit ton of water and snake juice. Lost 6 lbs on my latest 72.
My calorie expenditure was easier to reach when I walked/runned 5-10 km each day
Now I just have to eat my macros hoping my TDEE to be high enough

I'm more than 30 lbs down since the beginning of the year, but lately my weight loss has slowed way down despite a consistent caloric deficit, which is frustrating.

Pretty good for the first like 3-4 weeks. Went from 69 to 65.8 but now I'm kinda hard stuck, weight either stays the same or drops/goes up few hundred grams. Not sure what's going on
Lost two more kilos, 5 to go.
I'm down about five pounds in two weeks, which is cool. Weird thing, though, my scale weight basically stays the same for like a week and then drops 2-3 pounds in a couple of days. It's messing with my head a little bit.
Down to 150 from 175, finally have abs and veins for the first time in my life. Feeling real good

it's not the scale dude. weight loss isn't always linear, it can come and go like that. this is why people get discouraged because they don't see the number move for a week or two and then they give up. keep going brah
Yeah, I've seen it before, and I'm not letting up, it's just weird. I have to wonder why that happens. It's very interesting.
Lost just over a stone in weight these past 3 weeks. Eating 3 square meals a day and 2 snacks added to lots of cardio and a little light weights. Now down to 12 stone 3 lbs.
Have you tried to zigzag your calorie limit?

6'2, just weighed myself at 191.8 when I woke up. It's my first time being under 193 in years. I was starting from 198. It's tough but really just takes determination and isn't that hard... I am still eating a couple times a day I am just controlling myself and not being a pig. I think my stomach has shrinked and my appetite is adjusting accordingly.
I stopped drinking September 2018 and after I stopped drinking I thought I would just lose weight. Well it turns out my stomach was an alcoholic also and I developed a sweet tooth to make up for all the calories I was missing by not drinking. I think that's why I didn't lose any weight. Now that I'm actually trying to lose it, I have to kill my stomach's bad habit of wanting sweets every night. I feel like I'm fighting the last remnant of my old alcohol addiction.

Lost 6 kgs in 5 weeks from 75kgs to 69kgs. I'm 167cm bosmermode.
Good I have lost 27 pounds since January, lost 12 of those in the last 3 weeks as I have started a more stricter diet eating only about 1800 calories I have stalled at about 213 for the last week though so I am going to try to eat aboustly zero processed foods and increase my cardio.
I'm feeling the opposite
Since I can't move as much as usually I feel less hungry. Consciously eating less food at the same time this means that I can manage with one hot meal a day just fine.
I don't have a weigh to measure myself but my love handles and stomach are noticeably harder to grab than before so it working, just not sure how much.
