When did you realize Greek yogurt was the ultimate Yas Forums food?
>basically the same protein:calorie ratio as chicken breast
>cheap
>versatile
>no prep necessary
>conceals your power level. Normies do not identify you as a macrocounting fitcel the way they would if they see you eating plain chicken breast

What prep? You open the packet of chicken and eat it. You don't cook it like a faggot do you?

Dairy makes me break out.

i love greek yogurt.
add some cinnamon or peanut butter powder and it's 10/10. you can add seeds or nuts too for 11/10.

You eat it raw you fucking faggot?

I like these.

I'm not a faggot because I eat it raw you fucking faggot.

I make my own. Great with some vanilla whey and nuts or frozen fruits

thats not horrendous macros, but it still is not as good as good ole fashioned greek yogurt.

Gives me GERD

hold up homie how do you make your own greek yogurt? I might check it out but desu the greek yogurt I got was so cheap I dont even really have to.

To be fair, there's so pretty huge variance in terms of Greek yogurt macros, I always have a hard time finding it without more sugar than in the OP.

>60g vs 170g

You cannot go for the name brand stuff (Fage/Chobani), that stuff is dece but it is marketed towards generic instagirls and thus contains a lot of livelaughlove flavoring. If you find a generic, non-fat greek yogurt the macros are outstanding.

>Not eating skyr
pathetic

>Not understanding that they are equalized on an energy basis (100Cal vs 100Cal), the thing that matters when talking about weight loss.
>Not realizing that yogurt is liquid and thus has a significantly larger water content, making it heavier than chicken

The protein to calories ratio is lower than what I copped, but I can respect that.

Recipy??? For yohgurt? Mine is pure

Need calorie for bulk

i do that too, but its versatility is unmatched, and if you get tired of eating it pure you can heat it up, but oats in it, put tomatoes in it, onions, add some spices, do whatever.

All that shit they are talking about in the article is ultimately unnecessary but if u really want to chef it up, with greek yogurt you can.

What type of stupid ass thing to say is that bro you can get extra calories by eating whatever the fuck else you want. If you want a protein-dense food (the reason people eat bodybuilding chicken n allat), greek yogurt is for you.

Trust me I know, but I still had to go through the generic Greek yogurts at 4 different supermarkets to find one that didn't have 9 or more grams of sugar per serving. Most were maybe 11-15g.

No, I eat only ghurt
Nothing else thrills me like it does

why not just eat lentils? has more nutrients and isnt gay to eat

Lot of carbs

Why would you eat nonfat yoghurt, OP?

>modified corn starch
This kind of stuff is why I eat regular yoghurt. Greek yogurt tastes good, but every brand insists on adding a ton of stuff, usually some form of sugar.

carbs are good for you user. yogurt has more sugar anyways

Son wtf are you talking about do you even understand the point here?????

We want protein...

What makes it even better is that only whites have lactase into adulthood so it fucks up niggers and chinks.

if you get the fat version it is essentially just the same thing with far more calories in the form of fat.

lentils are over 25% protein. you can eat purely lentils for a day and get 180g of protein and 2300 calories along with more nutrients than a weeks worth of your multivitamins. retard

What's inherently evil about modified corn starch? Redpill me

yeah whatever bro boohoo minorities suck send em back

Sike idgaf about that shit just give me my protein and im good to go homie if u cant handle greek yogurt sorry bro making it wasnt for you try again next lifetime.

I don’t eat snacks and if I’m eating a meal I’d rather eat more of whatever I’m eating. The only time I do snack is a protein bar or something non perishable because I’m not home

if you look at the stats in the original post you can clearly see that greek yogurt is 68% protein
>(4Cal/ gram of protein)*(17g protein/serving) = 68 protein calories per 100 Calorie serving.

I've never eaten Greek yogurt because to me it smells worse than Greece does

not that user but I know there are some instantpot/pressure cookers that have a yogurt setting. Only thing to know is that you need to have an active culture (sorry americans) that you can get if you get from any other yogurt, look for labeling that distinctly says that it contains an active culture. To me it seems like the kind of thing that you need to continuously make it to continue having cultures, so if you don't make it consistently you might as well buy since you would need to buy some anyway for the cultures. It's something I've wanted to look into as well, need to read up more on it.

oh shit haven't thought of sexuallobster in forever

I see where you are coming from there was a point at time that I also thought yogurt was a snack food.

WRONG

By adding greek yogurt with spices (garlic, dill, pepper salt), vegetables (tomatoes n onion), and oats, you can walk away with the satisfaction of a full meal.

I personally put it in the microwave so it is warm but even with that it is a five minute meal like non other. If you want to get more fancy with it, you can follow some of the Bon appetit recipes I linked.
What you have to remember is that you are essentially eating chicken breast with every bite of Greek yogurt.

Noone escapes the manwhore

Attached: big_1475165323_image.jpg (1280x720, 90.58K)

which means you'd have to add in yogurt as a supplement food and not as the main dish. you can have lentils with all 5 meals each day without any preplanning.

Price
Chicken for me is around $11.50 a kilo
Good quality Greek yoghurt is around $8 a kilo

Quark is superior

bro wtf are you talking about are you seriously retarded. U implied that lentils have a higher % protein than greek yogurt. 2nd grade math proved that was incorrect. you can also have greek yogurt for five meals a day, and it requires significantly less pre-planning than cooking lentils.

seriously man i dont know what is up with these people.

Damn thats a damn good deal
