Anyone else here have a problem with binge eating?
I am highly disciplined and can stay 100% on track with an immaculate diet and training, but once I have sweets I can binge out bad. Even if I don’t find it tasty anymore. Once years ago on a cut-binge episode I ate an entire large tub chocolate buttercream frosting with a spoon hnnng. It’s like my mind goes completely blank
I understand you should have balance in your diet but I have trouble not going 100% when eating clean, I feel like anything else is wasting time/excuses.
Nope. I have an issue where if I get super depressed (which causes me to get super anxious) I turn to food and then binge eat. Had two periods in my life where this was a problem. I’m hoping I beat it this time and that no matter how shitty things get in the future that I don’t turn to food again. It just digs the hole deeper when you start packing on fat.

Jesus your body is nice. Can you give me a home routine no equipment at all please?
Jaxon Davis
No, my problems are physical. I can work my ass off but I'll never look good because I was obese as a preteen and my body fat distribution is awful. I have no issues with discipline as an adult, I just don't get to enjoy the same benefits as even people who are less disciplined. Still won't give up. Just have to work harder and longer to overcome my limitations. You don't need cheat meals, though, not if you're able to eat the same thing daily. What's the point, if it just makes you go off the deep end? That's like a heroin addict having a cheat day to stay balanced. Maybe it'll stop them from going off the deep and but it is more likely they'll relapse by playing with fire.
If this is OC wtf are you talking about op? Clearly your diet and cycle are fine, mirin.
Jordan Ross
Never seen a Yas Forums humble brag?
Isaac Reed
That's not OP, it can't be.
Evan Diaz
what are your lifts and what are you on?
Gavin Gomez
Yeah binge eating happens because you tell yourself “I’m gonna eat bad and then go back to eating good” and so your brain thinks “well better load up if this is my last chance to eat all these sweets etc”
Read the book intuitive eating

Can you explain how your bodyfat distribution is fucking you over? Are you in some kind of absolutely horrid situation where you're 10% bf and yet it's all sitting right over your abs? Honestly just completely unheard of.
Carter Ross
Yeah, pretty much that. I'm not at 10% bodyfat but it disproportionately accumulates right on the bottom of my stomach.
Sorry user I don't want to risk a prolapse while squatting deep.
Isaiah Wright
Fuck you faggot
Nathaniel Myers
natty?
Kayden Powell
You'll like good if you cut a bit more and add a bit more muscle. Top of your ab section makes it just look like it's not particularly well developed. Ya the stretch marks are a indicator that you may have been turbofat but the lack of striations on any of your chest & shoulders is an indicator that you may not be as cut as you think you are. Nothing is stopping you from looking good except time and effort. You'll make it bro.
Wyatt Jackson
>disproportionately accumulates right on the bottom of my stomach. no it doesnt. youre problems arent physical theyre mental.
Evan Gonzalez
It does, I just took the most flattering picture I could because I don't like to look fat and flabby. I know I've got to keep working on it, I do have shoulder striations they just don't pop at that angle and I didn't have a pump, pic was after fasted cardio. Not going to give up, just have to work harder. But I know the stretched skin means I won't get tight abs, I've been leaner in the past and it still hangs around there. I always look a lot leaner from behind.
I've been off for over a year but nobody is going to believe me anyways so no point in mentioning it lol
Carter Perry
Thanks brah will get the book, looks really good
Carson Roberts
Honestly from your back and your front you look about 20% bf. Your abs will look fine when you cut. Your fat distribution isn't going to hold you back at all, just keep at it.
Kevin Peterson
I have the same problem with carbs and sauces. I love pasta, bolognese, chilli con carne, rice. I try and limit myself to 1 cup of rice or 500g of pasta (both dry) a day. If I exceed that I just make a mental note and exercise more the next day.
Thomas Hernandez
Same, I'm a fucking pasta addict and I often completely destroy my macros for it
Ian Campbell
>you look about 20% bf Yeah, that's my problem. I look fucking fat.
