it depends on the type of grip you take. narrower and underhand grips go to the gut. wider overhand grips go to the chest. depends on what muscles you intend to target

I slav squat constantly and only barbeel squats give me trouble. Rippetoe squats or HB squats are the only ones that are "natural" movements that feel unnatural.

Why do so many people hate bent over barbell rows? They’re my favorite back exercise and I’ve never once felt any pain doing them and I can row 225 for reps. You guys just have a weak af lower back and don’t know how to brace.
Chest supported rows. I love them, but the weight will eventually be limited by your grip strength, and it's hard to wrap straps around the dumbbells unless you elevate them somehow.
