not every muscle group is covered in that picture. Think about it..

You can cover the other with squats, deadlift, ohp and chinups

ok jeff nippard

The point is that I can hit everything with compounds (both barbell and calisthenics) and add those 3 isolation exercises.

aren't you forgetting something?
A "pill of some sorts". Starts with an N.

You don't even have to do those

Damn that is pretty smart actually!

ohp barely works the side delts and facepulls are surprisingly not a meme

Ok smartass, redpill me instead of using the passive agressive sarcasm of a vegan high school girl, that was the point of the thread.

Confirmed for looking like garbage

no

Lmao yes

>no tricep overhead extension
>no tricep pulldowns
>no fucking triceps

So you want to look like a 15 year old boy?

Dips, push ups and presses

So you look good? Show us.

why aren't you doing direct Neck work? That's literally the most important isolation exercise known to man

Triceps are the most neglected bench press muscle and Lying Triceps Extension or some such isn't in pic related.

Whatever the fuck that exercise on the right is, it isn't isolation. The elbows are flexing, and the shoulders appear to be flexing as well. Making it a compound.

>he fell for the "compounds are enough for abs" meme

Pencil neck, more direct grip training could be useful, calves and hamstrings; especially knee flexion but that covers most of it

leg curls are usually the best option for your hamstrings

those are facepulls. he could just do rear delt flies with dumbbells instead

this, though you can hit triceps pretty well with close grip bench press

You need to isolate you’re triceps

Facepulls are compounds, and so is that curl variant.
