Guys, I need to lose 15 kg in 2 months

I ain't doing that fasting shit. Doing no sugar and no fluids with calories atm. No processed food. Eating lots of eggs, lean meats and I eat fruit. Trying to limit diet soda as I think it slows down weight loss. Cardio every day.

What more can I do?

fast
only way

A lb a day, 3500kcal deficit a day. Even if you fast every single day unless you are very active (which you aren’t) you physically cannot do this.

zero soda, only water/green tea

count all you cals on an app to make sure you are cutting back enough

but your goal is pretty excessive, 10kg would be more realistic

You are not very good at maths.

Not doing it again. Fasted for a week last year and did 2 hrs cardio every day. Lost 10 kg but regained it and some extra.

Does green tea supress hunger?
Yeah maybe 10 is more doable

Just calculate your TDEE and then eat at a big caloric deficit. Nothing else to it. If all you care about is weight loss, then ignore all of the meme sugar and carb and fad nonsense, and literally only care about calories.
And don't drink anything but water, you fucking retard. Read the Yas Forums sticky.

15kg in 2 months can be doable, but it's going to be really difficult to go from zero to that big of a deficit immediately without working your way into it.
When I lost weight at about that rate (or a little faster), I was having a protein bar and yogurt for breakfast, and then salmon and rice for dinner, for around 600 calories a day. But it took me a few months of weaning myself off of other foods and shit like juice to work my way up to that point.

not that I know of, but is a nice change to water and has other health benefits.

Some research has suggested that it helps improve your metabolism and help people use
up to an extra 100kcals a day.

Nothing for lunch? How many calories in total?

I am 6'1 90 kg. Fat as shit, but lanklet genetics. Looked fat at 75 kg last year.

Nice, will try it.

>Nothing for lunch?
No. Eat some discipline and self-loathing for lunch.
>How many calories in total?
Read it again.

>I am 6'1 90 kg
>6'1", 198 lbs
And you're trying to lose another 30+ pounds?
That's going to be tough. If you looked fat at 165 lbs even though you're 6'1", which should've been very close to your lower limit before you start losing muscle and turning into auschwitz mode, that honestly makes me think that there's just something with your fat distribution or bone structure that just makes you not like how you look.

Can we ask why you feel you need to lose this much weight this quickly?

>Not doing it again. Fasted for a week last year and did 2 hrs cardio every day. Lost 10 kg but regained it and some extra.
No shit hahahaha should have done Warrior Diet or OMAD no more than 24 hours without food boyo, might take a month or more but its better

Those are diets for homosexuals. Athletes don't eat like autists so I don't either.

>Implying you have half their muscle mass and can lose half their calories in a training session.

>i need to have a 90000cal deficit in 60 days
Please killerino yourselverino

Because I feel like total shit about my body and want to enjoy the summer like a thinnish person. I am really small-boned that's why I don't look good at normal weights for my height. 6'5 inch wrists. Small t-shirts but big lower body. Maybe a bit body dysmorphia too but I am fat.

It doesn't work like that and you know it. Plenty more factors than calories.

im currently around 185lbs on 5'11

Not possible without full retard fasting+cardio
You’ll also risk having loose skin

Based advice. I will eat 1500 calories and be extremely active.

It's easy to lose 1kg a week. So why not possible to lose about 1,7 kg a week for two months with intense effort?

If it's easy to lose 1kg a week then what the hell do you need us for to lose a bit more than that? Get the fuck outta here nigga

For motivation from my bros. It gets hard mentally you know.

no

I don’t recommend daily caloric deficit for such a huge goal. You’ll feel very hungry and will lose a significant amount of muscles
You also gotta be religiously dedicated to staying within your TDEE
Fasting is much easier and also accounts for insulin resistance which might hamper your weight loss. Otherwise do keto
Losing weight while on carbs can be very challenging

Im in a similar boat user. Im 6'4 192lbs and trying to get to 170 or lower in 2 months and work my way back up to finally lose my man boobs. But ive had my man boobs since i was like 10 years old. I think it is a matter of losing fat/muscle then working my way back up.
I have back surgery in about a month or so and after that ill be about ready for the lean bulk and safe weight training.
