i eat quite a few eggs as well, im a college fag living at home during the summer but when im back up at college i get walmarts 60 pack of eggs and an extra 12 carton, i eat 12 eggs a day only for breakfast 7 days a week and its kinda habitual now, i no longer have a good day if i dont have at least four eggs for breakfast my whole day is kinda shit bc i feel like i couldve gotten better protein gains

eggs are incredibly satiating, far far more than most breakfast foods(oats, breads) so its natural you'd feel off if youre used to eating eggs and suddenly didnt one day

Fry them in a pan and flip them over once it starts to get a lil crispy and then take them out before they get too cooked. You wanna shoot for a half cooked half hot yoke texture. The yoke will provide ease of eating and flavor, while the half cooked along with crispyness will make it hearty. Just throw down a slab of butter in the pan and heat before putting the eggs in. You want your eggs to sizzle when they touch the pan.
