I have an home gym but it's in my other home, in another municipality, so it has been off limit.

By not working out i totally lost my appetite, i lost the meat craving and that killed me even more.

I'm back 18 months on my progression. FUCK EVERYTHING.

It doesn't take even that long, I've taken breaks before and my strength has been back in 2-3 weeks depending on the lift.

I’ve lost no weight despite getting leaner. I’m sure all my lifts will take a hit temporarily and be back where they were in 3 weeks. I’m really not worried about it. It’s not hard to rebound.

Doing bodyweight. Starting to like it. Losing a lot of fat. Finally getting kinda 6pack. But I know I will get back when gym opens. Now is the golden opportunity to finally lose some excess fat and gain some calisthenics, also build some good new habbits.

Fucking this. I started working out two weeks ago and lost 5 lbs so far. Muscles are sore as hell, but the exercises are getting easier. Only 30 more pounds of fat to lose. What's killing me is trying to find ways of getting even at least 60 grams of protein per day.

I've noticed that people who actually seem to get any benefit from calisthenics are dyels and fatties. You have to realize that when you have a significant amount of muscle mass from training for several years, it takes a lot more stimulus to build muscle.
