cut out bread and juice, add some meat and it's perfect

No.

I'd replace the toast with something lower carb and higher nutrition.

Like what?

So scrambled eggs and just meat of choice?

doesn't scrambled eggs lead to heart attacks as it is high in saturated fats?

You should try and not eat the same thing everyday.

Variety is the spice of life. Have egg on toast one day, then a wholemeal cereal and fruit the next, then eggs and bacon, then oats, etc etc.

unironically nutrient complete breakfast even if you could replace the bread with something else like meat
the orange juice has some vitamin C and sugar, could probably replace with actual fruit

some cheese, maybe vegetables, personally I'd go for cottage cheese
In the absence of carbs dietary cholesterol doesn't affect LDL(bad) and increases HDL(good)

user if you eat this for breakfast everyday and lift you'll be fine

Swap coffee in for the juice, put butter on the bread an add cheese to the eggs. Then you’ll be alright.

There is so much saturated fat in scrambled eggs though. Over a year your cholesterol will be up and lead to heart disease and weight gain i'd imagine

Yes, that is true.

So all these people claiming to be/fit are unhealthy frauds

I usually have a protein shake and 2(extra large) scrambled eggs with black tea for breakfast

It works just fine

You have any scientific reports to back up this claim? Very interested.

google the nutritional content of scrambled eggs you lazy shit

Yes, basically.

eggs and fruit for breakfast

Maybe, but the main problem is the bread and OJ every day. It’s a good idea to have a few different staples breakfasts and switch between them. I usually cycle between:

-Oats, banana, weetabix and peanut butter blended up. This is delicious and easy
-unsweetened almond milk over branflakes and weetabix (watch for sugary cereals)
-scrambled egg on toast

I probably have the scrambled egg 2 days a week, but if I have one of the other breakfasts I usually have eggs another time of the day

Also OJ is fine if you have the recommended serving (obscenely small) and only 3 times a week max, but be aware you’re essentially drinking sugary diet killing syrup. You can get Vit C other ways like green veg with much less sugar

Knew you'd say this lul.
To my knowledge there's not any peer-reviewed scientific journal backing up your claim.
Been looking and asking myobiologists, physicians and nutrionists.
Maybe its one of those old dogmas that just stay alive because people like you keep repeating them..

inb4 another response similar to your first. zzzzzz

I wish it wasn't the case eggs are tasty and would eat them everyday

is coffee good for you?

Chops some greens in the eggs and maybe some ground turkey with spices if you want variety.

Very few people on here have any idea when it comes to diet. They mostly parrot the same nonsense weightlifters give(protein good, everything else bad). They are all heading for an early grave. You've got to remember the average age here is

Throwing this out there because I basically did this for about a half a year straight. Lost 40 lbs during that time. Turns out I have a genetic condition called familial hypercholesterolemia. I ate 4 whole eggs every day. This combined with my genetics ended up raising my LDL cholesterol so high it was more than double the typical "very high" value that is considered dangerous. I'm doing better now, but I would seriously consider just doing egg whites instead with the fat coming from something else. You could also end up being perfectly fine so take it with a grain of salt.

I eat them almost every day, no issue.
Yes, anecdotal, but I haven't found any proper journal living up to scientific standards that concluded that three or more eggs a day is harmful.
And as we all know, diversity is king and one should eat as diverse as possible and there's no proper science claiming eggs to be dangerous

>Yes, anecdotal, but I haven't found any proper journal living up to scientific standards that concluded that three or more eggs a day is harmful.

Are you really this dim?

Look at the cholesterol of an egg, then look at any one of thousands of studies into the effects of eating too much cholesterol. Jesus Christ.

I average probably 4 eggs per day, some days I eat 8 eggs. I feel great. food diversity isn't very important as long as you get your fats in

"everyday" is an adjective; you mean "every day".

Have you ever had bloodwork done in your entire life? You do realize you can eat a shit load of eggs every day and test to see if it's impacting your health just by a simple blood test, right?

They’re just eggs man, relax

Yes. That is what i eat except for the juice.

Bread has higher nutrition then both rice and the juice. Bread is good fucktart

Saying cholesterol in eggs = higher cholesterol levels in your body is no different than shitty mom science that says fat in foods = you get fatter.

mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-cholesterol/expert-answers/cholesterol/faq-20058468

I would do one slice of bread, and coffee instead of juice, also slices of tomato with a little bit of salt and pepper are a great addition to breakfast.

>Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week without increasing their risk of heart disease.

>Health experts now suggest eating as little dietary cholesterol as you can, aiming to keep intake under 300 milligrams (mg) a day. One large egg has about 186 mg of cholesterol — all of which is found in the yolk.

>Still other research suggests that eating eggs may increase the risk of developing diabetes in the first place.

Thanks for providing a link which proves my point.

You literally cherry picked a couple throwaway sentences and posted then out of context. 5/10 you rustled my jimmies I guess.

Increase in dietary saturated fat leads to increase in LDL. Sorry I only briefly scanned the methods and results, but both seemed to control for dietary fat and only test saturated fat.
