Fasting works great with losing fat as we our bodies still retain a function that makes us into “hunter mode” when our glycogen stores run out. It’s not like the agricultural revolution completely transformed our metabolism, losing all our previous functions.
I wouldn’t recommend going beyond 72hrs though

Why do you faggots always have “modes” you are autistic, yeah fasting is great for losing weight cause you are on a huge calorie deficit but after 48 hours has no positive effects on the body and 24-48 hour fasting is the only thing shown to have any sort of positive effect on our bodies albeit minor, and we do lose function, our bodies work less efficiently when we fast or are on keto, glucose and glycogen are our preferred sources of fuel for our brain and muscle with our it they become more sluggish and less explosive. Meme diets are just a way to fuck up your body instead of just doing proper dieting
