Have you stopped consuming the sugar-jew?
Have you stopped consuming the sugar-jew?
Yes. I still drink sugary stuff when I drink alcohol sometimes, cocktails and shit, but I haven’t had a soda in months. I used to be a fat fuck and it was by far the single biggest factor in losing weight.
I consume the version without sugars
After extensive search and a lot of talk with fearmongers, the best they could come up with to attack Coke Zero is "it increases your chance of getting cancer!"
So basically it's just like my phone, my cup of water or basically anything else, sounds safe to me
yes I only drink soda when it is offered to me at someones home
Diet soda keeps me from eating desert so idc
If I remember correctly the only "proof" they have is this "study" where they injected two rats with aspartame and they both got cancer.
Do fake sugar energy drinks count? I've got ADHD and cope with caffeine, alternating between coffee and a monster throughout the day.
I've been much better the last few months, especially since the lock down. I try and keep my snacking to a peanut butter and nutella wrap if I'm craving chocolate, other wise veggies and hummus are my go to. Hardly ever drink pop unless it's a mixed drink. I do drink this all day though.
>keeps me from eating desert
>desert
From what I saw its pretty safe to drink. I watched videos that would cite studies saying it's really not that bad. Still, I wouldn't drink one every day. You could try Coke stivia. It's not horrible.
Yep, when ever I do drink, even just a bit, I get an upset stomach
coke is my favorite drink ever, but I limit it to about 1 of those mini/half cans every 2 weeks or so.
>coke is my favorite drink ever, but I limit it
same, I try not to drink more than 4 cans per day
you are not going to make it.
already did
HOW BAD IS THIS
yes, like 4 years ago
just drink plain water
there'll be people here that ree at you for anything. the worst thing about it is of you're drinking it every second of every day which would constantly expose your teeth to a bit of carbonic acid. not the biggest deal
thanks man. i've been having like 2 cans per day
For aspartame - aspartate and phenylalanine are amino acids found in all complete protein, and in higher doses. You get like ten times more of both in a single chicken breast. It also has some methanol, in smaller doses than you would find in fruit, veggies, or anything fermented even a little. There's nothing in the chemical structure to suggest it can be bad for you, and the only argument usually comes from the small amount of methanol. Which falls apart when you see what other natural foods have way more methanol that are considered completely healthy. Aspartame is one of the most researched substances in existence because of the amount of retarded fearmongering, and it's still considered completely safe.
YOU CAN'T STOP ME FROM DRINKING SUGAR GOODNESS
Are there any downsides to using this other than price? It tastes pretty great.
I swear to God, I do this every time. I've given up spellchecking it because I forget every time I type it.
Is this in the US?
shit aftertaste, don't bother
I remember I had a fat as fuck dude in the theatre department in college. Never worked out and whenever I said I liked diet sodas because sugar hurts my mouth he'd say "Ohhh no I can't do that, I only drink natural sugar soda, don't need any of that processed crap."
Yeah, if you do at least a little bit of research you find that most of these artificial sweeteners are completely fine for you. You know what's not fine for your health? Being fat because you drank 2L of coca cola daily (around 1120 calories from just liquid). And I know people do that shit too, it's very, very common for an obese person to have 2L of sugar soda, in addition to chips, candy, and fast food. For a lot of obese people, just cutting out liquid calories, chips, and candy will be enough for them to lose 2+ lbs a week. With no other changes to their shit diet.
> water enhancer
The breakdown of phenylalanine to highly vasoactive substances—such as dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine—is clearly relevant to pulmonary hypertension, systemic hypertension, and the frequent cardiac arrhythmias experienced by persons with aspartame disease
Let's just stop consuming all protein lmao
No, I eat fruit, milk and honey
I try to abstain from all pop, but I can't turn back on my heritage.
