How do you properly hit triceps with a dumbbell?

Do dips with the dumbbells in between your legs, if you cant do skull crushers then you are fucked because after that to work tris youd need some type of cable machine for extensions.

unrelated, but best way to hit triceps with a barbell is close grip bench press

it also helps boost your bench press frequency

Dumbbell bros can you guys give me some recommendations for dumbbell exercises. Currently I am trapped in my apartment and only have dumbbells and no other exercise equipment.

I know I can do biceps curls and hammer curls, shoulder presses, etc. Is there any exercises that I can do to hit my chest and tricep muscle groups without the need of a bench or should I stick to pushups?

Also any advice on whether or not it is better to use both dumbbells or a single one because the maximum weight I can go up to if I use both at the same time is 20 lbs, but 40lbs for one.

Thanks in advance as a College user whose loosing his shit for not being able to go to the gym for varied weights/weight machines.

Lay down on the floor like you're going to do floor press.

Dumbbell in each hand. Skull crushers with dumbbells on either side of the head.

Box jumps should be added in. Work on getting explosive.

Don't have a box or anything that I can really jump on? Is there any substitute like burpees or should I go outside and try to find something to jump on?
