what are you talking about you fag-a-tron 3000? Just buy a normal pull-up bar for your doorway. Amazon sells these for like $30 max.
They fit on every door and you can use them for dips. I use mine every single morning for my earl morning workouts

you can use two chairs against a wall to do chin ups, you can do pullups in a similar way.

My appartment has concrete ceiling so I just drilled two holes and put two anchor bolts and then just strapped some random metal bar i had with a rope. If I had to go and buy everything from a hardware store right now, I could probably do it for around 5$
