How's the Corona weight cut going?

20lbs down, but at a plateau. Going to do a 24 hour+ fast and see what happens.

>kg and lbs on the same scale
Fuck is this, Straya?

I have a scale which has a switch in the bottom to flip it from lbs to kg. The entire world except the USA uses kg fyi.

6'4 male weighed in at 113kg fat shit at my max sometime middle of 2019. Began a fasting regiment in October which continued with some disruptions during holiday season.
Nothing to do during coronus so just finished a 66h fast yesterday and weighed in at my lowest ever 81.5kg. Gonna hit 80kg flat then lean bulk casually see what happens

Up another 6lb to 92, things are going well.

>Explaining an ameritard that nobody uses lb
Nice try

5'9
143lb, going down to 135.

1,80m ; 96Kg

Aim is 85Kg.

245 -> 227

It's amazing

Britain uses lbs

5'10 went from 94 to 85 kg

coming off a fast, expect to gain back water weight pretty quickly. I'd say to try and maintain that weight for 2 weeks before going immediately into a bulk

terribly
I've been oscillating between 191 and 187 for like a month and a half. Frustrating.

>Corona weight cut
Why would you do a cut during this global crysis? It's not like you will be able to show off your cuts and striations because summer season is cancelled. Not to mention the fact that situation might get to the point where there won't be enough food for everyone. The only reasonable thing is to bulk to become bigger and stronger.

Began at over 235, not sure exactly how much cause I only weighed after cutting a week or so. Got down to 223 but back up to 226. tryign to get down to 200-210 depending.

no gym, can't get bigger and stronger without the weights. The only thing I'd be adding is fat

so instead you're cutting to lose muscle? are you mental?

I'm doing bodyweight stuff - I know I can't get great results from but I figure cutting+bodyweight was a better combo than bulking+bodyweight

lost 2 kg, all muscle

>cutting when your training is limited
why is this such a pervasive attitude? you can't hit the muscles as well, you should be MAINTAINING! if you're cutting now you're needlessly risking muscle loss

>weighing myself every day to get an average
>weight fluctuates as much as 2kg on a day to day basis
>weight even goes down by .5kg if i keep weighing myself
shits fucking confusing. cant tell if its my scales or me.

maintaining + bodyweight stuff is the best option in your case. Even getting fat is better option since building muscle takes shit ton of time and cutting is easy in comparsion

why has it got to be one or the other maintenance calories, maintenance training volumes.

Lost about 7kg / 15lbs since January. About 2kg / 4.4lbs during the quarantine.

Also, anyone notice those online TDEE calculators overestimate calorie needs? I feel like I maintain weight at their recommended calorie intake for cutting.

this

most guys here are idiots who believe that bulking and cutting is either bullshit or the only option at a given time. maintaining is important as fuck, especially when your training isn't as solid as it could be such as right now

Right before quarantine I was coming off a bulk so I'm kinda flabby anyway - 6'4" 235lb initially. I'll probably move to maintain when I get down to 215 or so, down to 228 rn

you are going to lose muscle as well when you cut, cant cut and not lose muscle

Its your floor. It is not level.

I live in Germany and this is actually really common. My digital kitchen scale includes ounces and fluid ounces. It's a little strange.
My bulk is going poorly. I'm eating 3500 calories a day and I'm stagnant at 70kg, 1.78m (154 lbs, 5'10) (gender and sex: male).
I'll probably up it to 4000 soon, but I'm already spending a lot of time eating as is. Safe to say I'm not looking forward to stretching out my stomach to that next size.
Well, maybe I gotta be thankful for my lean physiology.

3 kilos down, 7 to go
