How can you tell if you're balding or thinning? or is it the same thing?
I don't have any bald patches, I don't have a receded hairline, but my hair just seems like its much thinner than it use to be. Like you see my scalp in certain lighting through my hair, but I have hair coverage all over, no bald spots, but my hair is so thin that light gets through and you can see my scalp, I don't have that "THICK, and DENSE" look to my hair like I did in my 20s.
