Hey Yas Forums, I am a 27 year old, fat depressed femanon. No I won't post pics, because it's nothing you'd want to see. If anyone would be willing to give me advice to lose weight and stick to an exercise routine I'd really appreciate it. Keto made me gain like 30 lbs. Currently 200 lbs, 5'10".

Ok you're already calorie tracking which is good, calculate your TDEE, do cardio and at least bodyweight exercises every day. No one is going to hold your hand, find exercises, BE CONSISTENT, git gud, and get started

So you know what to do? Why the fuck are you asking us.

Don't do keto then. For me, lifestyle changes was it. Also you can't eat things like popcorn and remain keto. I have lost and kept off the most weight through permanent lifestyle changes 1st becoming vegetarian, then becoming vegan. Also incorporating intermittent fasting into each day and then slowly expanding the fasting window will help you. I never eat before 12pm or after 7pm. And then increase the fast to 18:6 or some other split. OMAD helps if you like to eat a lot of food to feel full, because your stomach in general just can't fit but so many calories and so you can still get that super full feeling but on much less.

t. also losing weight femanon

>a thread died so that you could ask for generic advice about how to put the fork down and move more
yeah I'm thinking you should probably post less and lurk moar. Since we're already here, I'd suggest clicking on the Catalog at the top and looking for the /fasting/ thread in particular, gl

Because I have problems sticking to a routine and doing cardio feels like I'm dying. Im shit at push-ups and can't even do a pull-up. I broke my elbow a year ago and stopped bouldering/doing pull-ups and I just want to know that it's possible to recover

Fasting & caffeine (+ ephedrine if you can source some) will mostly delete your appetite

Meth blows that combo out of the water but has some obvious downsides

Yes. /fast/. Snake Diet. Lurk moar

Did you play any sports or do you enjoy participating in any activities, if so, I did this a lot during my bodybuilding prep for my cardio and it was amazing because I was actually having fun and I could get away with eating some extra.

Also a lot of my clients struggle to eat a good amount of protein (I recommend about a gram per pound or for you, I would target your goal weight in protein so you are not eating too much.). Higher protein intake feels more filling/reduces cravings.

I've hovered at 200 since January

Yes I used to boulder and used to bike 10-20 miles a day. Was skating when I broke my elbow. Right now I max out at biking 8 miles

Good stuff, Hows your sleep doing too. Sleep is huge when wither gaining muscle/weight loss

Also are you stressed a lot?

I don't understand how it would be possible for me to consume 300 grams of protein and still fall under calorie count

My sleep has been shit for the past two weeks.

Pics + timestamp you fat piece of shit

You're eating too much calories, fad diets are stupid, fuck keto off, fuck vegan off, fuck meme diets off.

Just eat a MAX of 1500 calories a day. If you don't like 3 x 500 calorie meals, then have 2 x 750 calorie meals, if you don't like that, then just do 1 meal a day of 1500 calories. Drink water throughout the day, and eat a 1500 calorie afternoon meal.

Its not supposed to be easy, youre supposed to feel hungry, thats part of losing fat. The positive thing is once you do get down to your goal weight, you can maintain it on higher calories, and you'll be able to exercise properly, and therefore burn more calories, so you'll be able to eat more, while being fitter and leaner than you've ever been. The hardest part is getting the weight down first, maintaining the fatloss is easy once you've done it, so long as you do it sustainably, not using some retarded fad diet.

Hard getting to sleep?
Life struggling?
Quarantine?

Also recommend if you are looking at any computer screens or phone screens before bed I would stop that and read a book or meditate and focus on the good in life right now.

Used to be very depressed and couldn't sleep after ex broke up with me and was depressed for a long time and constantly blamed myself for everything while prepping for a bodybuilding show and honestly wanted to kms right there.

Started meditating before bed about what I got right now in my life also with some good friends that had my back to help me out.

Overall where I'm getting at, I would focus on the sleep, diet, and exercise. I like to view it as if I'm rowing, if one side isn't working, how the fuck can your progress?

consistency is key

don't listen to this retard, too low cal for what you are doing on the bike, if you are doing minimal cardio/exercise recommend doing at least 1.8k cal or you could risk your body going into a cannibalism state to where your body takes away muscle and turns it into fat.

Is that Trump?
