I guess so, I mean... The text says The witcher
I wanna look like this end of the year, is this achievable? Dont be mean
This is a joke right
You need to get on a lighter program. With the one you posted, you'll be twice as big as that pic
You tell me. Would this help towards my goal?
>neila rey
I thought this was a joke but no, it’s just a woman
And make sure you ease into it, OP. Don't want to injure yourself.
lmao
That shit will fuck up your joints so fast. I like the monk's method of using one arm against the other, though a free weight is ideal for that full range of motion and progression
God, I fucking hate Darebee
I'll actually give you the reall answer OP. Eat at a surplus plus take some light anabolics and workout like henry cavill did in this video. Also look at his other workout videos to get more ideas.

Geralt in lore has taken steroids since he was 9 years old retard
I was told if i eat at a surplus i would end up looking fat
if he took steroids why isnt he bald
Gay
He cycled properly
I was just about to post that WTF
Finding the materials and an armorsmith might be difficult, but once you do, shouldn’t take too long to craft the armor.
>He cycled properly, trust me
Just max agni bro
These things are so fucking gay lol. You can just tell it’s geared towards onions boy consoomers who love the “epic super hero” movies and what not but are also lazy pieces of shit. “You mean I can look like Thor and conquer Narnia while also training like a bitch?! Epic XD. Edit: Thanks for the gold kind stranger XD”.

The alternative is eating at a deficit while working out 4x a week, making zero visible progress after 8 months and quitting because you're not gaining any muscle. Eat chicken and rice every day like the rest of us.
It annoys me to no end that he only has one sword in the TV show. They emphasize why he has two swords so many times in dialogs in the game and book
Why?
Silver sword to kill monsters, steel to kill humans.
In the show hes only ever seen with a steel sword as far as I can tell.
In the books he isn't usually carrying the silver sword around if he doesn't expect to use it. He does in the games because it's simpler
I remember one thing from Witcher 1, a hunter saying those lines and Geralt replying both are for monsters
