What is the quickest way to make cardio gains? I never did it and now as a result I get gassed out before finishing my set. I just want to do my sets

It would depend on your cardio. You could try a couch to 5K plan? Jogging 5K might not seem much, but it at least helps you get a bit of a baseline. Also don't be afraid to go a little slower if you can't keep up at first.
By that same idea, gradual buildup on a rowing trainer, or a bike machine could help too.

So some told me "Just Calorie and Protein counting is enough" when it comes to food in an unpopular opinion thread. Is this true? It definitely seems to make meals a whole lot less complicated.

what strategy can i implement to burn off the last stubborn bellyfat? i've had a flat belly before, but somehow i've been cutting hard for a bit over a year now and i still don't have it. i've come a long way from about 28-30% bf down to 13-14%, according to estimations on Yas Forums but i've been stuck on 13-14% for 2-3 months and i don't know what to do. is body recomp a legit thing? do i lower my calories even more? (already down to 1400-1500 with cardio and lifting). help me get a flat belly for summer Yas Forums

also i suffer from bloating, later in the day after eating and drinking i probably look like 20%.

Can I do martial arts drills as an effective cardio workout?

As an example, let's say I look up taekwondo moves and practice them for 20-30 minutes, would that make for a good cardio workout?

Allegedly, Jason Momoa uses climbing as his Cardio workout. Why wouldn't Taekwondo work for you? As long as you work up a sweat I suppose.

i picked up some wing chun drills once, it's decent (better than nothing) but if you want the best bang for your buck you should go with the heavyweight champion of cardio: running.

That's the most important bits. Make sure most of your food comes from healthy sources, and that your calories and protein are in check. That's all you really need. I'd also keep fats in the back of your mind if you start feeling like shit, but it's really easy to get enough healthy fats so that's probably not an issue.

But the excersizes are pretty good for a strong core. There's a point when it comes to general fitness at least.

I love my home gym but my god do I miss cables for one specific workout. Triceps push downs. Nothing quite hits and feels the same with dumbells. Anyone know anything similar to tri push downs?

Shift the weight to the balls of your feet and swing your arms out as you squat down, look up some gifs to get the idea

But I had videos where they are on their toes for the entire squat and other videos where the foot stayed on the ground and another where the foot was flat on the way down but on toes on the way up

Been holding a huge amount of water weight for a week, no idea why. My sodium and carbs are low, I'm definitely in a deficit and tracking obsessively, but the scale is up 3-5 lbs. The only thing I can think of is I'm the most stressed I've been in my life and want to kill myself

Former fatty now at 15% here. How the fuck do I bulk? As you can understand, I'm scared as fuck of it. I also can't get out of the habit of eating once per day. Could I just throw in boiled rice to my OMAD until I'm 500 calories over my BMR? Could I use milk or peanut butter? Would this count as a clean bulk?

In most cases of guys thinking they have gyno or mantits, it just boils down to having too much body fat. So before you do dumb shit like nofap or surgery, cut down your bf%.

Go to 12% (minimum) bodyfat before you start thinking about surgery. Reply with torso photo if you are 12% bf.

Running or walking. Your body will shed off a shitload (fat and muscle) in order to adapt and make you streamlined for those activities.

Interesting. Not that user you replied to, but my thighs hold ALL of my fat. It looks ridiculous, my whole body will look ripped but my legs will look fat. It's not muscle. I walk quite a bit (1-2 hours a day in addition to lifting) but they're still hyuge.

3x a week is only too much if you injure yourself. Some pro powerlifters do 5x a week (keep the roids in mind)

I bench heavy 5x5 2x a week, with 3x10 incline bench and 3x10 close grip bench as accessories for my pecs and triceps, also boosting bench frequency

I'm no expert or anything but I bench 220 lb for sets of 5 now, and will continue to climb

you can bulk from 15% to 20% but most people don't recommend is, as you don't have abs. Some say there's diminishing returns but I've made plenty of gains going up to 20%, you just have to cut longer

you could play it safe like most people, and cut to 10% and bulk to 15%
