im the youngest out 3 and my older siblings are still plagued by acne in their 20s. i had really bad acne on my forehead when i was like 13 or 14 but luckily it cleared up at 17. i have had clear skin ever since

Of course that sucks, bro. But try to be confident anyway. You won’t get anything from staying shy.

I was born with my mom’s shit sinuses and my dads tiny ass nostrils. I cant breath out of my nose worth shit 300 days of the year.

Well, since you do not want advice then I am out.

>1 month fix
Clean up diet with the Yas Forums tl;dr diet
Drink water coffee or tea, no other beverages
Buy a mega pack of bath towels from Costco and use a fresh one over your pillow every night
Stop touching your face
Stop eating fried foods or any foods that are cooked in oil or contain canola or vegetable oil

wake up, clense face with cetaphil clenser, pat dry, apply the ordinary niacinamide and zinc serrum, apply OIL FREE moisturiser a cheap option is clean and clear dual action moisturiser, wait 10 minutes applya small amount of paula's choice salacylic acid 2% to hands and pat on. At night clense face, leave wet, apply loreal hydragenius, pat dry, apply some more, apply very very thin layer of differin cream. twice a week apply the ordinary bha aha mask.

Don't give this faggot advice until he drops the Yas Forums attitude.

Tfw acne ridden manlet. Most went away last year ... once I left college ;_;. Got treated for scarring too

thats the skin care rotine, then also take B5, preformed A and Zinc

I fixed my acne with over the counter benzoylperoxide. My skin got very dry from it so i started applying once every 3 days and slowly worked up to once p day. Acne was gone in 3 months
Take care

Unironically getting rid of milk & pb helped.

>What is a dermatologist?
Where you really fucked up was at being born a low IQ

>normal people are never sad or unhappy

Only thing a derma will do is prescribe accurate or an equivalent.

> at being born a low IQ
>reveals his own power levels by thinking derms actually do anything besides giving away mildly helpful products at best
Never reveal your power level

such a high horse to ride when you yourself post here lol

Can I substitute all of that with chocolate and butter?

Kinda torn on BPO. Its such a slippery slope with BPO. Too thin of a layer literally doesnt do anything. A tiny bit too much? WELP ENJOY YOUR SKIN FLAKING AND REDNESS FOR SOME TIME.
I

Just get a good skincare routine, use a silk pillow case, and eat vegan until that shit clears

I get mad pimples around the mouth after I shave. Also acne skin. I cringe when I see guys without acne shaving with the furiosity as if they are beating their meat and some of them even shave against the grain. I have to be extremely delicate to not end up with a face full of pimples after shaving, but even then I get some.

how does he shave?

I don't think acne makes guys look signifigantly uglier... If you're a hot guy, you're still hot even with some acne. I've seen plenty of guys like that. For women it's different. Everybody knows sometimes acne doesn't come from bad diet or poor hygiene, it could come from anything and there's nothing we can do. Maybe it's air pollutants, chemicals we use every day...

I also had this problem. Pretty good looking, tall, muscular, but I'd always get a notable pimple or two that just threw my looks off and my self confidence in the ground. After being in my 20s with this problem never going away, I decided working with a dermo and this helped decently. They'll probably start you on some skin routine (if not already) and some skin antibiotics like doxycycline. This may clear you for a few months to a year, then if you get acne again, theyll do another round of doxy, then eventually Accutane, which resolves acne for 90% of people for life I believe. Your skin will just be really dry, so you'll moisturize all the time. Other than that you'll be good to live your life confidently.

y do u do dis

cardio + better diet + unironically nofap fixed it for me

Yeah I had that too initially, but my skin slowly got used to it. Just gotta build up real slow, and if your skin isnt becoming dry or red you can increase the frequency

You can minimize it by: Having a good diet (I found that eating veggies and fruit while minimizing food with added sugar and dairy products), living an active lifestyle (lifting AND running), and maintaining good hygiene (shower before bed and washing your sheets 2x a week)

>Did you fix your skin?
Yes
>What did it cost?
Everything
