Normally id ignore these threads, but I just had invisalign treatment started last week, and because of that I'm limiting myself to 1 meal a day, because removing the trays from my mouth to eat is too annoying to do multiple times a day. Its making cutting extremely easy, and I'm unironically going to get lean enough to have abs.
For some reason I'm never hungry now either, according to some broscience, having the invisalign trays in your mouth makes your brain think you have food in your mouth so it clears up any psychological aspects of hunger because of having the trays in your mouth. Works similar to how smokers are less likely to be hungry because the body thinks the cig in the mouth is food and that youre snacking.
How long does Invisalign usually take
My teeth aren’t mega fucked up or anything but they’re not as straight in the front anymore as I’d like
Mine is to get back my lower abs (i.e. have the abs line visible around the belly button). Hopefully ditching excess bread will do it, or I don't know what will.

Depends on a few things
1. How fucked your teeth are
2. How many hours per day you have the trays in
3. How your teeth respond to being moved
By doing 1 meal a day, you keep the trays in longer, therefore treatment will go faster. Normies tend to fail at this part, and they end up taking treatment time from 6-12 months to 18-24 months.

My abs are shit and I have trouble activating them so I don’t know if it’ll happen for me

Kinda resented myself for wanting abs after she said that, so I went and cheated on her KEK. On the real though, I’ve been doing the following for half a year and have seen 0 changes to my abs:
Ab Wheel
Hanging Leg Raises
Planks
Russian Twist
Kneeling Cable Curl
I do two of the above, three sets each, for each workout.
Can you consciously activate them when in planks position ?
You do that in circuit? Apart from nutrition, I don't see what could be wrong. Maybe look up correct form for these exercises.
Working on that right now, I have been following IF doing 16:9 for two weeks or so now. Alongside that I have been riding my road bike ~150km this week next to my usual workout routine.
Scale says I only lost 0.5kg (1lbs) since last week but I look much better already. When I flex my muscles I can see the top two rows of abs in the morning. But there is still a while to go, I wonder how much more I have to lose to see them without flexing and even when I have eaten something prior...

Honestly, getting my abs to show is just an added bonus for me at this point. My main goal at the start of the year was basically just to shed more pounds. Down from 195 to 175 now.
Literally all I do is cardio: hiking, trail running, and sprints. So eventually I'll look into lifting and working out and the diet that goes along with that.
