Not really. I am back to the blackjew.

I stopped for about 2 months and didn't feel much different.
I think I was trying to hearken back to when I was a teen and hated coffee and life was simpler, but it just ain't it.

Cant imagine being addicted to coffee. If i want the effects ill drink it, if i want to fit in at work ill drink it... but to wake up and NEED that stuff to function is pathetic.

I havent had a cup in 4 weeks. I miss the flavor but I don't need the caffiene anymore. Its nice being about to poo without needing to make coffee.

>Look everybody I stopped doing thing
>>Why are you abstaining from something you enjoy if it's not hurting you?

Oh i forgot to mention i love coffee, the taste, the ritual of brewing your own or walking into starbucks and ordering your favorite drink , the taste, the taste, the taste, and the taste. I love coffee for me it as easy to stop drinking as it is to stop drinking juice.

i like drinking coffee because it make me go poopy

Yes. Coffee is just a jewish trick that gives you a nice boost when you first drink it, but then you become dependent and you need it just to reach baseline

Coffee is bad for your brain

OP here. Fuck off reddit niggers and give me some real answers. Also samefag

I am no coffee for 6months, basically nothing happened.
I guess I could now use it as an extra boost but I don't need to
but... I am noticably tired when doing my morning workout.
but might be something else not related to coffee

Coffee raises your T, so im not quitting anytime soon.

Hmmm

Today is day 31 of 0 caffeine
Honestly it's not that different. I was expecting bigger changes

No, I got zero benefits from not drinking it and I miss it but I can't drink it now because it makes me feel queasy.

I've just stopped drinking it in the afternoon. I no longer drink like 500 cups a day and it allows me to wind down better for bed with lots of time without caffeine in my system. But still get to enjoy a morning cup or two

I've never tried more than a sip of coffee, but I stopped drinking soda about 13 years ago.

Water is god.

Fuck me backwards, checked

Yes. I just don't like wired feeling. Much better to be calm, relaxed, at all times, without coffee.

Samalonhg

Yes. More energy. Better sleep. More clearheaded. Less anxious overall.

I stopped drinking coffee for about a year due to having an unstable income and wanting to secure myself. The only notable thing that happened during that time was that I no longer received coffee sweats after drinking a cup too quickly on accident.

I drink 1 or 2 cups in the morning, that's it

quit abusing caffeine pills just to blow through work. didnt see any changes after a while. just take caffeine as preworkout now

While I was in boot camp we weren’t allowed caffeine at all for 3 months. Was drinking about half a pot at least everyday until I left. First few days of cold turkey weren’t bad maybe because new environment and distracted. Next week and a half was ass though, never really had a craving of any sorts until this point. After that it was normal. Maybe the just waking up fog you feel in the mornings lasted a bit longer but that was it.
