Italian dressing and Slap Ya Mama(or any other cajun seasoning). My friend showed me years ago and that’s all I use now.

Walden Farms has a calorie free Chipotle Ranch dressing that is bomb

I prefer tobasco on my eggs and breakfast.

Frank's red hot is pretty good for chicken, especially of you can combine it with a no added sugar BBQ sauce.

Finally, if I'm doing some texmex shenanigans, secret arddvark is where it is at.

there is a hot sauce shop near my beach house where i pick up a bunch of specialty hot sauces like this Apple Smoked Habenero. Pretty r*ddit i know but damn good sauces. As far as typical store hot sauce goes I like Chipotle Tabasco or Chili and lime Frank's red.

Garlic salt, Montreal steak spice, curry spice, and anything else with sharp flavour turns fit chicken from a routine to a meal

Those are all the common spices I use for the main different types of meat. You can mix and match combinations and see what you like.

I like Italiano, pretty tame flavour, nice and savoury but not like it's got some 'identity' so u can put it wherever, mexican/Indian/Asian/American etc cooking goes well in all. just make em beforehand and you can put em wherever.

I normally use dry seasonings. Generally salt, pepper, cayenne, sage (it goes in all fields), and garlic. From there, I'll get creative if I'm doing some sort of ethnic cuisine.

tuna has a very strong taste and smell, there's no real way to mask it. if you don't like the basic taste you're not really gonna be able to tolerate it no matter how much stuff you dd to it.
