I dont know what to do.
I always get to like 5pm and then the rest of the night ive got fuck all to do and nothing on youtube or whatever interests me.
I walk back and forth, do a dip on the kitchen counter, whatever...
But I need to keep reminding myself NO NO NO do not EAT... you'll pig out, you'll eat 3000 calories or morre, you'll undo the fast you've already done and go nowhere.

Is there a significant benefit to a 20/4 IF vs a 16/8? I'd like to switch to a 20 hour fast, but seem to tolerate 16 hours before I start getting messed up

I think more autophagy and fasting benefits, the same a 48h is better than 24, also gives me massively more productivity and mental boost since I think less about food for 4 whole hours

If i'm coming off of a 48hr fast do I have to ease in with soup or am I okay to eat regular dinner?

Been weighting myself daily. On day 6 of 7. Only lost 0.4 pounds since yesterday. Lost 5 pounds since Monday.

Lied about what? You'll need about a month of alternate day fasts and good eating on feeding days (meaning you still track your calories and macros and eat good food, not sugar/shit carbs) to see results.
Or just go longer with your water fast, but you'll lose muscle at some point.

The tighter the eating window the better. Try a 36 (skip a full day of eating and eat breakfast the next day) and see what happens.

Weight loss can be weirdly linear and laggy on a fast. During my first 9-day fast I lost the most weight in the weeks following.

This is normal although it usually happens to me on longer fasts. Were you drinking lots of snake juice?

Break it with an apple, veggie juice, yogurt, etc. to get your tum warmed up, then wait 30 min and have a normal sized meal, slowly (one min between bites).

Only drank water because it wasn't very long. I guess I'll wait long before eating th anks m8

I'm not fat enough for sustained fasts (5'7", 156lbs) and the hypoglycemic issue is not something to be ignored. The intermittent method gives me more of a sense of control for the recomp I'm working on, otherwise it gets way too easy to get past my 2800 limit
