Thanks boys. Routine is just chins, inverted rows, dips, step ups and pushups all with a weighted backpack and some band work. I also have a dumbell. That's it until the gym opens again.

I've have quads veins. There's no way I'm over 18%, but keep hating.

Last thing I was doing was PPL twice a week.

No, I've split it into an upper/lower split that I do 3x a week, so 6 days total.

I've been stuck on 14-14.5 for about 6 months now, and tried a few different routines over the last two years (switching it up every 6months), but quarantine's got me back on PPL.
Only got two (adjustable) 27.5kg dumbbells though (no bench), would you recommend weighted vest calisthenics, or higher volume isolation work?

I do both. My upper body days currently look like this:
5 sets of chinups to failure
5 sets of inverted rows to failure
5 sets of dips to failure
5 sets of pushups, you guess it, to failure
then some band work for my delts and dumbell work for my arms

No, I do step ups with the backpack full of weights (and at 230lbs bw + another 40lbs from the backpack I get a hell of a pump), one-legged glute bridges, band good mornings, and crunches.

I didn't think about doing step-ups like that. I fucked my ankle moving up to picnic table height. Next time maybe I'll go lower but heavier for a bit first.

Skinnyfat here, started at 14" and got to 15" after like half a year I'd say. Current goal is just 16 asap. My biceps are fine but tris are underdeveloped and I have trouble hitting the long head properly. Still expect to reach 16 hopefully by summer, would be very quick but one can dream
