I dont understand this kind of protein- the serving size is like 4 scoops, any other protein would also be "mass" protein if you did 4 scoops. You just pay more money to get the same amount of powder

This. Eating properly and 4 scoops a day will give you serious monster mass.
I made the mistake for the first year of just drinking 2 scoops and barely eating. It sustained me, but took forever to get big

Weight gainers are garbage. It’s whey with fancy named sugars in it. Buy whey protein and eat rice and potatoes instead. My “weight gainer” is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a whey protein shake made with whole milk.

I work out 5 days a week. Can't increase reps or sets for some reason while maintaining 60 second rest period between sets. Take protein. Why the fuck are my muscles staying the same?

Alternatively, use 1/2c raw oats. It’s not rocket science, and maltodextein is bullshit. Spikes insulin and is a bullshit high GI carb which makes no sense for taking before bed or whatever since you’re obviously not drinking a gut buster shake before working out

It's a great supplement, in fact probably the best mass gainer there is.

What you've got to realise at the end of the day is that it is a supplement. You need to consume it along side your regular diet in order for it to have a decent effect.

Get your diet sorted first. Make sure you're eating enough nutrient dense foods and as often as possible. Only then get a mass gainer, but yes, it will help significantly if putting weight on is your goal.

The shit that worked for me I'm not even sure if they make anymore but it came in this giant red and black bag, and it was called something like Monster Mass X.

That shit got me up 20lbs.
