it's not hard if you're not a fat ass
harder is the free handstand push-up without any walls
Be careful, i fucked up my wrist doing those .
It's not hard. I'm a 90kg manlet and can bust out like 15.
post video proof, all you need is a wall so there should be zero issue
Can do 8 but I'm a twink
I do 5 sets of 7 at 104kg bw.
All I can do until I get the rest of my home gym stuff.
Must be the most useless thing to do.
it's literally the press™ non fat fucks
Why would I do it if I can press™ my bodyweight over my head
My max is around 10 but I think my ROM isn't deep enough to really count.
head should touch the floor
It's really easy. Even when I had never lifted, hadn't done any sports at all (including walking any more than necessary) for a year due to surgery (martial arts before that) and was at 25-26% bf I could do two to three.
If you can't even do a single one, you should probably go see a doctor.
>post video proof, all you need is a wall so there should be zero issue
N-no, I don't have any walls where I live.
I can do 12 without wall in my best days but im skinny at 66kg rn, unironically best exercise that helped me achieve 70kg ohp
I can do them with a wall alrite but my room is small as shit and I'm scared that if I try them free standing I'll topple over like a retard and break everything
>this fat faggot benches big so he should have no problem using totally different muscles in a range of motion he's not used to
lmao, it really is easy if you aren't a dumbass lift bro who trains limited-ROM meme lifts. I don't think I could do more than 50 regular pushups but I can pop 10 handstand pushups because I like walking on my hands when I'm bored in my garden.
because you can't even do a handstand pushup if you tried
Almost
he also OHP 300 lbs

Doing it in the way of OP's picture is easy as hell. If you want to do it properly you need to be facing the wall and move your head forward as you go down to ensure full ROM where your arms can go to 90 degrees. If you're doing it back to the wall with this limited ROM you are not doing a HSPU you are coping.
I can do over 20 but my head goes red as a tomato
Really? Theres a vid of Klokov doing them and he does the back against wall method
i can do 12 at my absolute max.
i weigh 81 kg
with feet on the wall? Yes. Really not that hard.
olly lifters dont give a shit about the lower ROM because they use momentum for that part
It's easy. Doing this in the gymnastics rings is hard.
never tried it because i can't balance. can do a bodyweight OHP for ~3 reps at 190lb (before the gyms closed).
is handstand pushup easier than bw OHP?
you did martial arts, the sport which mostly uses shoulders and core, of course you could do them, are you retarded?
That's like a guy that goes rowing every weekend saying: "Oh yeah weighted pullups are easy, the first time I touched a bar I could chinup +30kg extra xD"
also, post video if you could do them even after 1 year of not doing anything, surely you would be able to do 10 now easily if you could do 3 then
You said it yourself. Hanstand pushups are harder because you need to balance yourself.
