Not a LARP. I'm an almost 41 year old, 5' 7" turbo manlet, about 150, 13% BF. If I only ate 2500 per day, that would be a cut. My appetite without restraint is like 3500. I have to use an autistic spreadsheet to manage my weight. Just barely hit 1/2/3/4. But I'm American, so it must be the shit that they put in the water or whatever makes everyone a landwhale over here.

Find food you like. Eat. Not hard. I eat around 3000 if I don't regulate it. And none of it is junk food, the worst is granulated sugar in my coffee (2-4 teaspoons a day)
