Getting stronger and fitter every month. Trying to lean out a bit more now, though. Impressive arms, OP.

Thanks senpai. Looking good yourself. I need to try to lean out a bit, I have a very tiny bit of pudge from not being able to use actual weights

Am I doomed with wide hips? I frauded a little bit to counter it with shoulders but now it looks worse (pic is a bit old btw, like 2 months, but look pretty much the same).

26/M/USA
5'7", 151.6 lb.
On my way down from 165 to 150. Plan on maintaining a small body until about Halloween, then slow bulking in the fall.

Been training in the garage with a barbell, but started watching Iron Wolf on Youtube. I've been incorporating more calisthenics into my workouts and getting a good pump from them.

I wasn't either nor am I homosex, but OK.

Nice but get a hair cut you look ridiculous man

5'7 / 171 cm

136 pounds/ 62 kgs

Ive been doing almost 80 different reps of pullups, 90 reps of different pushups, 1 leg squats, burpees and some ab workouts since january 3-4 times a week since january . Before that i was climbing and just doing a ton of pullups and push ups to complement it. My body still looks like dogshit boys.

What im i doing wrong? Aiming for aesthtics rather than build up (manlet)

U still need to eat food

you look great and still have visible abs, i say keep going if you feel good about it.

Up the dang intensity. No I don't care how

you need to work obliques and lats to fill out your midsection, but you're looking lean which is good. i recommend bent-over rows (use anything heavy in your house, honestly) and some oblique crunches

You say i should bulk? O have this weird body fat that has never left my belly, either that or i legit dont have abs

How do you guys deal with the influence of body dysmorphia? Some days I feel great, but there are some days I look in the mirror and its like I'm seeing a skeleton. I used to be severely underweight and that body image keeps coming back.
I know I'm still relatively skinny compared to the Big Guys here but some days I feel so insanely small it's insane

I could start doing weighted pullups, do you recommend that?

remember to compare yourself to your past self. if you look in the mirror it's easy to imagine unattainable physiques and how awful you look in comparison. if you remember where you started, you're going to feel much more grounded in reality and progress instead of bullshit photoshop fitness aesthetics.

one day at a time, homie

do a pyramid of pullups. do a set with 1 rep, then a set with 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. all the way up to 10, then do 9, 8, 7, 6 all the way back to 1. it totals 100 pullups.

What routine are you using?

don't have access to a barber
