If you have to eat 180g of chocolate out of necessity is it better to do high intensity exercise immediately after to speed up metabolism instead of just lying down? Would this offset the chance of diabetes and temporary effects?

>have to eat 180g of chocolate out of necessity
No such thing.
milk chocolate or some % dark?
either way, it would be better to do resistance training like weights or push ups afterward to make use of some of the sugar
Anons is it okay if I eat 20g of chocolate a day? Or should I just cut it out completely?

>Work your way to becoming the best YOU you can be - one step at a time.
>Set realistic Goals and have a Plan. Use short-term Goals to keep yourself going.
>Learn helpful and effective daily/weekly/etc. routines, including mundane ones.

You're feeder is gonna be pissed when she realizes you went to Yas Forums for advice.
>Would this offset the chance of diabetes and temporary effects?
You don't get diabetes or serious effects from a one-time binge. You get it from consistent bad habits.
If it really is a one-off don't stress about it at all. If you're doing it regularly you at least should do enough cardio and lifting that you don't actually get fat, which is the true risk factor for these problems.
I would love to put my mouth in that pantie
only if it's 99% cocoa
cut it out you addict junky
>>YOU are 100% responsible for the way you experience life. Not your parents, not your surroundings, not your ex, not your bully, not your future spouse. YOU. Complete, sincere acceptance of this is the most fundamental step to bettering yourself, and it is by far the hardest thing you'll ever do.
He doesn't know about mental issues. Kek.
this, I want to lick her pink pussylips and then never see her again
...
If it's dark 70 or 80% you could eat 80 or even 100g a day if you lift hard.
You can go up to 35-40g even, if it's the only sugar you consume all day. If you have bread, milk, fruit on top of it, then it'll compound.
99% of "mental issues" on the internet are caused by lack of sunshine, mood-enhancing micros and vitamins like B12, caffeine-induced anxiety, bad gut bacteria due to unhealthy eating and bad sleeping habits. ALL self-induced.
In short this I have a nice text saved somewhere, too lazy to find it now.
you guys are all severely, severely retarded if you think there's even the slightest risk of developing diabetes from eating 180g of chocolate
Yeah when I fixed my diet and sleep cycle my life improved. Well actually I had a hypomanic episode and fucked a tranny. Now I have accepted the help of therapy.
Why did you fuck a tranny user?
>Characteristic behaviors of persons experiencing hypomania are a notable decrease in the need for sleep, an overall increase in energy, unusual behaviors and actions, and a markedly distinctive increase in talkativeness and confidence, commonly exhibited with a flight of creative ideas. Other symptoms related to this may include feelings of grandiosity, distractibility, and hypersexuality.[1] While hypomanic behavior often generates productivity and excitement, it can become troublesome if the subject engages in risky or otherwise inadvisable behaviors, and/or the symptoms manifest themselves in trouble with everyday life events.[2] When manic episodes are separated into stages of a progression according to symptomatic severity and associated features, hypomania constitutes the first stage of the syndrome, wherein the cardinal features (euphoria or heightened irritability, pressure of speech and activity, increased energy, decreased need for sleep, and flight of ideas) are most plainly evident.
I had been depressed so I started to exercise, eat clean, get regular sleep -- all that good stuff. Then when I was bird watching everything started to get quicker, I thought that my self improvement was somehow making me a genius. One thing led to another and I ended up fucking a tranny in another city. Shit was not cash I came three times pretended to fall asleep. The tranny then sucked my dick while I did that. Left early that day and called up a therapist who's given me some really excellent advice for preventing stuff like that from happening again.
So in short self improvement is good, everyone should do it, but if you end up doing something strange go see a professional.
GL Kings.
SIMPs and THOTs FUCK OFF
Keep up the good work user. I might actually start spreading your good gospel to every coomer thread if I have ye blessing
>pecked a tranny
>yeah I got problema
I mean if it takes that much to tell you there’s something wrong user, you might need more than a few visits to a shrink
Maybe a few years in a mental hospital
>He doesn’t know about mental issues
He doesn’t know that mental issues are inside the head and can be changed through positive behavior and thought
on the offchance that this is a real question, you would want to exercise BEFORE to deplete glycogen stores in your muscles so that the sugar has somewhere to go and doesn't float around in your bloodstream. best bet is lower body since the muscles are larger
What can I do to /sig/ during lockdown?
I'm on isotretinoin for another twenty days. Side effects are light sensitivity and muscle aches, which prevents tanning, running and even fucking pushups, it turns out
>mental hospital
only with full blown mania, friend
Yeah you don't want that sugar hanging around damaging your internals. I can't find the diabetes write up I thought I saved but maybe someone else has it.
