progressive calisthenics(look at convict conditioning), fix your diet, include anabolic foods such as raw milk and pastured eggs. he looks more like pic related, as the greeks were invested into calisthenics and ancient gymnastics(it was almost like a yoga back then). just doing pushups, dips and chinups wont cut it, you need variation and intensity.

convict conditioning is garbagetier, the progressions are fucked to all hell and make no sense. do foundation or the reddit bodyweight shit. Or if you want to design your own program read overcoming gravity, best book there is on bodyweight progressions and how to make a program.

yeah, ive never done the programme myself but i do have to agree, especially with further in the squats, but it does seem doable still, but the idea of it of variation and intensity is what i meant. id have to look at overcoming gravity for recommending progressive calisthenics

You're not going to get fat, my guy. You said it yourself, you're a skeleton. Gaining weight go hand in hand with gaining noticable muscle mass. You HAVE to let go of the fear of gaining weight and bodyfat. As long as you don't bloat like an idiot on 5000+ calories a day, you'll be fine. Measure out your maintenance and add 300-500.

Lateral raise for shoulder, volume works best so 4x15 is good, start with light weight, literally 3kgs, and don't cheat.
For abs there are many, I do leg raise on the ground and it works fine.

I agree with this user, I've been doing leg raises and crunches everyday since I started working out my core everyday and in the last 2 weeks I've seen a few changes, hoping in 6 months it'll be more noticeable.
