I never visit FPH, this is my second time, but I believe you’re looking too far into it. The point of /fph/ is to shame and motivate. If you need to cut or you catch yourself getting fat or if you’re in a depressed slump or some shit it helps you not want to be like these obeasts. Atleast that’s always been my take on this general. I don’t even visit it because I always feel disgusted with people knowing they can live like this.
