Protein heavy meals examples

I need to intake 160g of protein daily, however I am having difficulty time reaching to that number.
If I take 2 servings of whey protein (1 post work out and 1 before bed), I am still left with 100g of protein that
i need to take from 3 meals throughout the day.

looking at protein heavy food sources such as eggs (6g), chicken breast (20g), skyr (12g), I still am unable to see how one can reach that daily number without feeling over bloated.

What kind of meals do you guys prepare/eat? how do you manage reaching to your optimal protein intake levels daily?

> 160g of protein a DAY
Do you hate your kidneys OP?

lol nigger your diet is garbage
I eat 150g of protein everyday and have never used whey in my life

Nicole Aniston and Abigail Mac

Yes according to Jeff Nippard's book.

I am 6'3, 164lbs, 20% body fat.
164 x .2 =32. 164-32 = 132. He then recommends multiplying that by 1.2 since my goal is to loose body fat, so end up around 160g/day

bruh what skyr yogurt are you eating?

I get the arla one 450g, eating half the pot gives me about 22g of protein.

mass gainer (50g) and protein shake (40g) and a handful of pistachios (6g)

So just with snacks i get 118g of protein.

Oats, eggs and meats normally gets it to 170 with minimal fat

that pic looks like he's about to jig her ass with an ice pick.

> Roid user states gains are due to protein consumption, not the roids
You been memed OP, it’s like attributing gains to Wii fit and Zumba

Shame what she did to her face. Liking the thicc lower body now though.

3 meals
100g protein
7oz raw chicken is ~42g protein
have 7oz chicken at lunch, 7oz at dinner
100-84 = 16
therefore at breakfast you'd only need 3 eggs or 1.5 servings of whatever faggot-tier yogurt you're eating
do you have the stomach capacity of a toddler or something?

there is protein in rice, pasta, bread, oats so remember to count that. You probably need like 500g of chicken/tuna/meat a day tho

chicken breasts and other lean meat
that's literally it.

Jesus dude.
500ml of milk with oatmeal in the morning. (25g)
pre-lunch snack 1 tuna wrap (20g)
Lunch some carbs and 150g of chicken/fish (30g)
Pre-dinner snack glass of milk and 200g of greek yoghurt (25g)
dinner some carbs and 150g of meat/fish (30g)
bedtime meal 400g of cottage cheese (40g)
Tada.

>Jesus dude.

ok

>Tada.

That’s the normal amount of protein, dope. 1g for every lb you way.

If you’re getting less than that you’re doing it wrong.

You guys still do grams per lb of protein on days you don’t work out?

That amount of protein is an utter meme, we only digest about 20-25g at a time, the rest is pissed out.

Post body.

>Jesus dude.
what did retard mean by this?

Weigh* btw. Don’t know wtf I was doing there.

No, the 30g absorption rate is the real meme.

Oatmeal cottage cheese Greek yogurt nuts (almonds peanuts pistachios)

id avoid red meat. would rather recommend turkey, chicken, pork and tuna.

160g of protein? Unless you're 300lbs and muscular you need nowhere near that
